History

Established in 2013.

People in Payson have calling the Moore family when their air conditioner or furnace wasn’t working for over four decades. Robert Moore has been taking care of customers for 30 of those years. Growing up in the family business, Robert learned every aspect of the heating and air conditioning industry.

Robert states. «Dad taught me to never give the customer less than my best work. Do every job as if it was your own home and treat every customer how you would want your family treated. That has been a guiding principle my whole life.»

That desire for quality customer service is what persuaded Robert to start his own business. That connection to family is why Nebo Comfort Systems is also a family business with Robert’s wife, Lorene Moore, and daughter, Meagan Warren, taking care of customers in the office.

Heading their service team is son in law, Joshua Warren. He started working for the family business in high school and grew up with those same high expectations of quality service.

Robert Moore and Nebo Comfort Systems carry on the Moore family legacy by taking care of all your business or family heating, AC needs, water heater &d solar needs.

«I learned the importance of quality from my father. I was four when he started Moore Sheet Metal so I grew up watching & learning the business from him.» Robert states. «I cut my teeth on swamp coolers as a kid and have worked on pretty much everything else since.»

Robert Moore & his technicians are RMGA, NATE & EPA Certified. They are also certified participants with Rocky Mountain Power Trade Ally Program, Wattsmart Program, Questar ThemWise, UAMPS SmartEnergy, & EPA Energy Star.

Robert has served as an instructor with the UVU HVAC Apprenticeship Program, serving on the committee that wrote the current licensing test.
