As others have said, this place is quick and easy. You can walk in with no appointment and be seen very quickly. Clean, nice business space and the membership would be great if you want to go more than once a month. Also as others have said not consistent brows from person to person but once you find someone you like just get their name and ask for them!

Fast efficient and cheap. Used a Unilocal deal so only $ 5 plus tip– thank you very much! I’ve gone before and they do a nice job plus have a punch card. My brows were done very evenly so I’m happy.

I love this place. They had a remodel recently, too, and it’s fabulous. The people are so nice, and do a great job. I’m always satisfied. Plus they offer great deals, and are close to my neighborhood. It’s a no-​brainer for me!

Go and see SIMI!!! She works Monday’s Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s!!! UHMAZZZZING!!! Very sweet and works with the look you’re going for!

I don’t know why someone would suggest to avoid this place on specific days — that seems a bit silly. You never know who’s working what days/​times. The only way to get the best results is to ask for *exactly* what you want, and when you find someone who does it well, never stray from her!
For this exact reason, Simi (who works at both locations, but mainly this one) is my one & only. I call ahead of time to make sure she’s working — she is the absolute best and super sweet.
On my inaugural visit, I was placed with a young woman — pleasant, but timid. When I told her how I liked my eyebrows (minimal arch, as thick as possible), she kind of backed away from me. She walked over to another woman and probably explained what I had asked for, and then I was moved to Simi’s chair. I repeated myself and Simi took care of business. Girlfriend knows how to thread — followed my directions to an absolute T, and I have not strayed from her services for seven months. Sometimes I drive all the way to their location near PC for her! Consistent results, takes her time, and follows your instructions.
But that’s the thing, ladies! You need to TELL these wonderful women how you like your brows! Otherwise it’s like sitting down at a hairdresser without saying a single word. That’s outrageous! Of course shape would be haphazard! You have to tell them what you like — heck, bring a picture! And call ahead to ask for Simi — tell her Christine sent you :)

Go on Thursday or Friday — best workers then. Otherwise can’t guarantee the shape you’ll leave with…

Stopped in after a friend recommended this place to me. I have grown out my eyebrows a few times due to my old brow lady at panache. She would always give me an excuse as to why she couldn’t achieve a certain shape.
So I decided to try THREAD. I walked in and at the time they weren’t busy at all. The employee at THREAD was super nice, very welcoming and made me look human again lol and she also achieved the shape I was going for without any excuses. I RECOMMEND going to THREAD.
I purchased the $ 5 for $ 10 deal. They also have a $ 15 month deal, where you can get as many services for just $ 15. I didn’t purchase because I only get my eyebrows cleaned.

Amazing place and splendid work. If you are getting your eyebrows done but wondering where you should try then trust me this is the right place to go. You will love the work and their membership deal is the cherry on top of the cake. Great customer service, Friendly Staff and Welcoming space. I just miss this place. This place worth your visit.

Salon Thread is a great place for all your hair removal needs. I go every Monday morning and have my entire face done. The woman who is there is always very pleasant and holds great conversation. Not to mention she has evened out and made my eyebrows look amazing. The $ 14.99 a month membership is a steal for someone like me who uses it at least once a week. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I especially recommend going on Mondays to the girl I go to (I cant remember her name).

Love the quick in& out, no appointment need at the cool threading salon.

My eyebrows are pretty light since I am a redhead and I only need them done once every month and I tweeze in between visits so the unlimited membership would not make sense for me on the other hand if you went more than once a month it completely makes logical sense! I think it’s great to offer that to their customers, money savings!
I dropped by during my lunch and the three chairs were full and one person waiting, about 10 min later I was in the chair having my brows nicely shaped. The pain is less than waxing — no doubt, but it isn’t pain free.
Location is easy to get to right off Hope and parking in the back. It is a small shop, clean and brightly lit. I will be back for my brows for sure! The ladies were friendly and efficient.

Perfect eyebrows always! They are the only place I let touch my eyebrows, ever! My face looks flawless when my eyebrows are on point.

It was a good expirience. The staff was friendly, almost no wait!!! I also used my Unilocal deal which is a plus!

The technicians are super nice, listen to what you want, & take their time! I’ve gone to quite a few different places and the pain here was minimal. Very happy with the finished result.

Good price for a consistently well-​done job. Also easily accessible by RIPTA. I appreciate that they accept credit cards and have a loyalty program that rewards customers with a free eyebrow threading after 10 visits.

Great customer service! Cute little shop. My eyebrows came out nice. I usually go to a woman in East Providence, but I had some time before going to Physical therapy and decided I’d give this place a try. If I couldn’t make it to my usual threading lady I would go to thread again! Oh and I forgot to mention they have Unlimited threading for $ 14.99 a month! You need a credit card to take advantage of that!

I’m updating my review for this place. At first I was very happy with the service and even bought a monthly plan. However, every time I go back the service is worse and worse. First of all, the room is like 1000 degrees and I felt like I was going to faint. I had to walk out without having my eyebrows done because it was so hot. Second of all, I was not acknowledged when I walked in. There was only one girl threading and 4 customers. The actually threading itself isn’t too bad, but it depends on who is doing it. They rush through it and sometimes it’s not even and I’ve had to tweeze my brows myself to fix it. The monthly plan is a great deal but not worth it because of the horrible customer service at this place.

Parking in rear of building. Clean inviting space. Quick efficient friendly service too! I used the Unilocal deal $ 10 worth of services for $ 5 and got my brows and upper lip threaded. Brows didn’t hurt but upper lip… ouch! No fault of the technician, she was lovely. She asked if I wanted my brows «just cleaned up or shaped?» I told her slight shape with major clean up and she laughed. She did a great job and finished up the treatment with some aloe. Brows were $ 10 and upper lip was $ 7 (I think, don’t quote me on this) and I left a $ 4 tip on my debit card. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I wasn’t rushed or pressured into any services I didn’t want. I got a frequent visitor card, after 10 visits, my 11^th is free. They have an unlimited visits for $ 14.98 but I wouldn’t come enough to make it worth it. I will definitely come back here for all my facial hair removing needs!

I live down the street, so I walk past here regularly on my way to the farmers’ market, but I have to admit I was a little scared of the idea of pulling all my eyebrows out. (I’ve got some eyebrows.)
Finally the temptation was too much, and in I went. They were quick, professional, and surprisingly un-​painful. Also, they have a membership — $ 14.99 a month for unlimited threading. That’s a STEAL — do your eyebrows twice and you’ve come out the winner on that.
