Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Was a little leery about going with this company because the estimate was far less than the others I received but they were recommended by a good friend. However, cheap and quick are about the only positive things I will say about this company. The owner is very argumentative and rude. Apparently I should have been thanking my lucky stars that they showed up unannounced a day early (which was really a week late) but I guess I am old fashioned and expect that it’s common courtesy to have a heads up that someone is going to be on my property. Then when I called back because I had an issue with part of the installation, all I got was a lot of argument and an elevated blood pressure. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Poor customer service. Used 1 x for a job, did a decent job, no issues. 2^nd job, no-​show. Thankfully I wasn’t out any money for the 2^nd job, but repeated phone calls were not returned.
