We recently hired Justin Madoff from Badger Realty to sell our condo on College Hill in Providence, RI. Before we listed it with him, he gave us a few suggestions to make our condo ready to show. We liked his suggestions and took a few weeks to get everything ready for him. He sold our condo in 3 months. We were very happy.
