Jane Hefel is certified by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy. Over the years she has helped many clients to regain efficiency in eliminating toxins and in turn, restore a sense of vitality to their lives.

Colon therapy is a valuable procedure and treatment for a wide variety of different colon conditions. A toxic bowel is the source of many health problems. By stripping down the old toxic mucus lining from the colon, we remove the number one source of disease in the body. In addition, we open up the bowel to a more efficient means of waste elimination and nutrient absorption, both of which are essential to any lasting health process.

When I was twenty my sister took me with her to have a colonic. I went, thought it strange, and forgot about it until years later. At this point I had dealt with irritable bowel syndrome for years. It was on a Sunday afternoon when It struck me. It was like the heavens opened and I was told what it was I would be doing with my life. It was that profound. Colonics!

The following morning I made an appointment for a colonic. This time it was not strange to me but in fact made total sense that this was to be my way of healing my gut and to help others heal theirs.

In 2005 I became certified by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy. That same year I opened my practice in Pawcatuck, Connecticut, excited to share this work with other people. I am proud of the people I have helped over the last eight years, and thrive from sharing knowledge about how colonics improve health and wellness. I am blessed with being able to live my passion.
