History

Established in 2015.

Sauro’s Town Square Pizza Café is the second restaurant venture of brothers Lenny and Steve Sauro. The brothers started Sauro’s Deli about 20 years ago and were looking to expand the scope of their business. In the Spring of 2015 Lenny and Steve opened the doors to Sauro’s Town Square Pizza Café located in the same plaza, just next door to their still-​successful deli. Since Town Square Pizza Café opened in early 2015 it has been warmly welcomed by the Patterson community and is quickly establishing a very loyal customer base.

Business Owner

Steve and Lenny Sauro are brothers who started their restaurant business in 1995 with the establishment of Sauro’s Deli. In the Spring of 2015 Steve and Lenny started their second business venture with Sauro’s Town Square Pizza Café. Both Steve and Lenny work tirelessly at both locations, behind the scenes managing the business, helping in the kitchen and connecting with customers in the dining room. Steve and Lenny are dedicated to running spotless establishments and ensuring that customers receive the highest quality food and service.
