This is a probably the best Peruvian Chinese place. It’s chinese food inspired from Peru. Well, it’s the only Chinese Peruvian place I know. I have no idea who came up with the stupid name. But, they should have name it Best Peruvian Chinese restaurant. The best dish here is the Lomo Saltado with Chaufa.(Sliced beef stir fry with french fries and onions and pork fried rice) I will try to take a pic next time. Another dish i like is either the whole fried fish with sweet and sour sauce or the whole steamed fish with oyster sauce(Chinese chinese style). The Cam Lou wonton which is awesome too if you like sweet and sour sauce. It’s a large order of fried wonton topped with chicken, pork, shrimps, onions, pineapples in sweet and sour sauce. They do make American style Chinese food. Ala Chicken and broccoli, Pepper Steak, fried chicken wings. Like most places in Paterson its CASHONLY. The is a B.O.A nearby though. There are parking lots nearby. I heard that the nearby supermarket(Bravo) validates parking if you spend over 40 bucks. Might as well stop in here for take-out. There are tables and booths to dine-in but no Wi-fi :( I think 70% of their business are repeat customer. A lot of Peruvian people dine here. I notice most are the mini bus drivers that go to New York city via main street. I think they like it because they can get stick to the ribs food fast. The choices for Chinese in Paterson is either here or Panda express wannabe across the street. I will always pick here.
