Woodside Nursery of Patchogue Long Island NY Specialzes in growing a large selection of Outdoor Garden plants. We have hundreds of home grown annuals, perennials, vegetable plants, tomato plants, herbs, water plants, Trees, shrubs, and bushes. We also stock and sell Bulk landscape items such as Top soil, bulk mulch, and bulk stone. These items are available for pick up or delivery 7 days a week. We also carry compost and topsoil in bags and mulch in bags. In the fall we offer Halloween family fun to Suffolk County since 1987. Pumpkin picking, Haunted Tunnel, mining for gold, roasted corn, face painting, scarecrow making, balloon bounce, birthday parties, field trips, Mums, corn stalks, hay bundles, halloween decorations, gourds, montauk daisy and more.
In the winter we offer Beautiful cut christmas trees, seasoned firewood, sold by the pallet or cord, plain wreaths, decorated wreaths, Grave blankets, grave pillows, roping, Balled trees, Christmas greens and more. Please come visit.
History
Established in 1987.
Woodside Nursery started in 1987 as a Small retail garden center in Patchogue NY. We have our own Growing Greenhouses and produce our own Garden plants. By growing in house we bring a greater selection of Annuals, Perennials & Vegetable plants to our customer. We also have no middle man so we can offer low prices and savings. We continue to expand our vegetable plant selection and offer a very large selection of Tomato plants. We also grow many of our own Water plants and offer pond fish and water garden supplies. In 1987 Suffolk County did not offer much family recreation in the fall. Woodside Nursery was one of the first Garden centers to offer complete fall family fun. Pumpkin Picking, Children’s birthday parties, Our Famous Haunted Tunnel. School Field trips, scarecrow making, Roasted corn, mining for gold, face painting & more. In the winter we sell beautiful christmas trees. We make our own wreaths and grave blankes and have prices that can’t be beat. We also carry firewood.
