Established in 2012.

We are a small family run business that opened in December of 2012. We are Patchogue Village residents of nearly 40 years and share a love for the world of cheese as well as wine and craft beers!

Business Owner

I have been a village resident of Patchogue for nearly 43 years. I attended Patchogue– Medford High School, Suffolk Community College and recently graduated from St. Johns University in Queens. I am an active member of the Village of Patchogue Chamber of Commerce and several of their committees. Over the years, I have acquired a devoted love of cheese and even took it as far to learn and study the process of cheese making. It’s always been my dream to open a small business in my hometown and am so grateful to have this opportunity. I’m thrilled at what Patchogue is becoming (once again) and I love being part of this wonderful community!
