Hometrust Home Improvement and handyman was founded in 1985 by Dennis Neftleberg. Dennis has a background Business Administration and Civil Engineering and has been in the construction industry since 1985. Prior to creating Hometrust home improvement and handyman, Dennis was the Program Director for several National Communications Companies and Managed the nationwide build-​out of Commercial Building Facilities across the country
