Cedarhurst Party is Long Island’s ‘Original Discount Party Warehouse.’ Family and owned and operated for 50 years, Cedarhurst Paper was established in the early 1960’s as a wholesale restaurant supplier, in… you guessed it… Cedarhurst, Long Island. Cedarhurst Paper evolved into Cedarhurst Party in 1976 when Ed and Gail Rosenberg opened up their first retail location in Huntington. Ed and Gail’s mission was to bring discounted prices on paper goods and party products to the general public. Though now our merchandise selection has multiplied to include thousands of products, and four locations, the same credo Ed and Gail set forth 50 years ago still holds true… treat the customer like family and offer them the best price, service and selection possible. Cedarhurst Party is truly a family affair with Ed and Gail’s two sons, David and Brett following in their parent’s footsteps.

David, currently company President, grew up in the business, serving in every capacity from stock-​boy to store manager to buyer. This unique family bonding transcends to the consumer’s shopping experience in their stores. For till this day you can still find Ed, David and Brett walking around the store aisles, talking to customers and getting their feedback.
