Tim Hortons

Been coming here every now and then. I don’t think they’ve had jelly/​cream filled doughnut holes a single time I’ve come here, so I don’t bother with any timbits which is usually the only snack I’ll get with my coffee. My girlfriend will almost always get a French vanilla cappuccino while I get a Carmel iced Capp. The iced Capps seem to taste pretty good every time, exactly the same, but the French vanilla cappuccinos are way better at other locations, even in the nationwide arena in Columbus. Almost forgot, when I ordered the extra large French vanilla Capp, the lady brought out a large and said «sorry we’re out of extra large cups so this overflowed». So we were given a smaller, stickier cup for the extra large price.

Horrible location, they rarely get my order right, are insanely slow and their donuts always seem to be out of inventory. I love a sour cream donut but even that was bad here, someone looked like they put the icing on too fast before it had cooled and was a sticky slimey mess! I’ll drive the extra distance to get my donut fix near work!

This location does not give a crap about their customers! They never answer the phone and messed up a BLT order by making it a completely different sandwich. They did not compensate the customer for their drive BACK since they don’t pick up their phones and all three girls walked around like clueless ghosts-​no smiles or anything.
ONE OF THE WORST TIM HORTONS LOCATIONS THAT CANT MAKE A SANDWICH ON THEIR MENU!

This Tim Horton’s SUCKS!!! I stopped here today at 11 AM to get 10 chocolate Tim bits and of course they tell me they don’t have any… I called the manager and tell her they are ALWAYS out of something I order, her reply was…“I’m sorry we are under new ownership” but I know they’ve been under new ownership for at least 4 months now… does it really take 4+ months to be able to make sure you have Timbits (the product you are «known» for) at 11am? This isn’t the first time this has happened either, whenever I go there they are out of something and from the reviews I’ve read I’m not the only one it happens to! I say there is no reason to go to the Pataskala Tim Hortons cause it’s a waste of time, they won’t have what you order!!!

I’d like to preface this by saying I don’t drink coffee. so I can’t attest to that, but they do have a hot white chocolate drink that I love with the caramel flavoring. (I’m all about caramel). During the season they do offer a pumpkin spice flavor, but get this… they were out. I know it’s a Sunday, but it’s the season of everything pumpkin spice, right?
Like many other fast food restaurants they rely on pre-​made food. They are just there to warm them up. (I’ve heard they do that with the donuts too.) I ordered the Bacon, Egg & cheese on a muffin. The egg (even though it was cooked somewhere other than the store) was warmed there it still had a decent flavor which may have been attributed to the cheese. The bacon was, at best, room temperature (again, I know that heating it in the microwave can overcook it if not done properly). The muffin was my biggest complaint. It was like it was not even toasted, like it was just taken out of the package. Nothing crispy, it was just pretty dense and doughy.

Normally I wouldn’t pay a review about fast food restaurants, but Tim Hortons are closet to my heart. I expect good food, good service and most importantly great coffee.
Too bad this location is mediocre on all counts. Your coffee tastes different each time you visit. The food is okay and often they run out (?)
Someone needs to figure out why bagel cuts are different during phases of the moon, why my «to go» orders are inaccurate 40% of the time and is it really that difficult to provide napkins in every to go order?

Don’t go around morning rush hour because it always packed and if you try to park & go inside you will be stuck til someone is nice and let’s u out.
Food is great and they have Carmel Apple bagels back now! Never had an issue with the place being dirty and I stop in there about 3 – 4 times a week in the am to get timbits and coffee
