This location is OK. I don’t expect much since it’s a do it yourself type thing but at my time of visit, there were 2 employees hanging out inside yet most tables/​counters were dirty. I’m one of three customers. It’s not busy by any means, they could at least take care of the dirty bandaid that looks like it’s been hanging out on entry mat for awhile. When I’m craving frozen yogurt again I’ll probably go elsewhere.

Five stars for consistently friendly employees, clean counters & floor, well-​stocked toppings & delicious yogurt. Also pre-​packed quarts are a great deal (especially when they have some for 50% off!)
Minus one star for broken machine (s). Seems like every time there’s one or two fewer flavors available because a machine’s out of order.

Love the healthy version of the frozen treat we all crave. Really enjoy the ever expansive topping bar. Extremely courteous staff always jumping out from behind the counter offering a generous sample of any and all flavors before you fill your cup or cone. Clean tables to sit at.

The yogurt are tastey with many topping to choose from. The negative aspect is no bathrooms for customers so don’t sit and eat your yogurt take it home.

Part of a strip mall. Clean, bright and friendly service. The staff retrieve samples for you. The sweet 8 offering today, almond, was reasonable and not too fake-​tasting. Also liked the white chocolate mousse and red velvet. A few sugar free toppings and syrups, which is always nice. Some indoor and outdoor seating.

One of the best reasons to choose to shop in Paso Robles! LOVE this place and (mostly) guilt-​free delicious frozen yogurt. Your biggest problem will be choosing from the various flavors and the ample choices of toppings.

. The new manager Chelsea is really friendly and polite. All the workers work hard to ensure that you receive excellent customer service. The selection is awesome and so many toppings to choose from you’ll lose your mind. I recommend the peanut butter flavored yogurt with chopped Receese’s pieces for the topping, you won’t be disappointed. I really like that they have so much seating available inside and outside, so if you choose you can enjoy your yogurt at one of their outside tables under an umbrella. Very relaxing setting and great for a lunch break or even just a quick 10 minute break. Also i have never had to wait in line to pay, always fully staffed and even when busy all the staff are quick to greet you and ring you up, so you can get back to your busy schedule as quick as possible.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon thinking that it’d be busy (since it was the weekend and really hot outside), and it was close to empty. Just two people standing around. One looked annoyed with the machines and was waiting for a staff member to give her a frozen yogurt tester shot. I should have picked up on her annoyance. It could have saved me the trouble of being annoyed myself.
Every single machine did not work. The frozen yogurt came out of the machine like it was soda. It was revolting. Only one, the cupcake came out bit by bit, but it felt like you had to have this weird hand pushing down routine going to get the machine to work. It was far too complicated.
I just wanted a frozen yogurt with gummy worms. Not a headache.
The staff member who eventually helped the person waiting for the tester shot, didn’t even offer any explanation to why the machines weren’t working. She kept yelling at someone in the back, pacing and smiling. It was like a really weird movie that I didn’t pay to see.
I do plan on going back because I strongly believe this was just a freak occurrence. Plus, I really like frozen yogurt and this one is close to me. I’ll have to make do. Just please. Pleeeease have the machines working next time and if they don’t work, put up a sign! Don’t waste my time. I’d rather have no froyo experience than shitty froyo experience.

Fun colors in the shop, usually clean, often helpful staff, but it’s a place that attracts kids and has no bathroom. It’s a problem.

Unfortunately I did not get the young lady’s name who was working tonight. Saturday around 8:45, my daughters friend was staying the night. She happens to diabetic, I needed to know how much sugar was in the frozen yogurt. She was very helpful and went above and beyond helping me out as well as pointing out all the sugar free products. She made a stressful time for me stress free.
I hope the owners know what a gem they have with her.
Also the fruit, fresh and delicious!

I’ve been here about 5 times but I won’t be going back. The yogurt and topping selections are below average. The seating area is always sticky.
What did it for me is my daughter needed to use the bathroom. Apparently this place of business doesn’t provide a bathroom so we were sent next door to subway. I had to explain to them that no, we weren’t buying sandwiches and the yogurt shop sent us to use the bathroom. The bathroom was COVERED in urine. Try wrangling a 3 and 1 year old to try and not touch anything while slipping in urine. Totally disgusting. I won’t be going to either place of business again.

Soooo good! If you need a froyo fix this is the place to go… It is self serve which I’m not a fan of, however the girls they have working in there kept everything super clean and had smiles on their faces so that made up for the self serve thing… Quite a few flavors and a ton of toppings to choose from… I’ll definitely be back!

I love Yogurt Creations… every time I come theres a different flavor. Since the weather has been awfully warm… sometimes hot we find ourselves coming here every now and then. Its all very yummy and a perfect way to cool off. The yogurt isn’t watered down like I’ve had in past experiences in other places and they have tons of toppings… even bits of cheesecake which is one of my MUST in any flavor.

We went to Yogurt creations this Saturday. The young lady working the register was very nice and had good customer service skills. I would have given this shop a 5 star rating, but my wife got a sugar free fat free yogurt by accident. The yogurt was not marked as sugar and fat free and she had a bad reaction to the sugar free– fat free products as it has sorbitol and other artificial sweeteners. I suggest that this shop do a better job marking their products other than that the yogurt is pretty good. The staff are real friendly and make it a pleasant experience.

I discovered this place about a month ago and I am absolutely in love. They have really good, tasty flavors! The best part about their yogurt is that it is not watered down at all. Some of my favorite flavors include:
–Cinnamon bun
–Belgian Chocolate
–Peanut Butter
–White Chocolate Mousse
–Raspberry
So much yum! and they have a vast amount of toppings. Everything from fresh fruit, to cheesecake bits to yogurt pretzels. They also, of course, have all the regular candy and nutty toppings. After you’re done stocking up on toppings you can drizzle on a variety of sauces-​marshmallow crème, caramel, chocolate, white chocolate, and raspberry.
On top of all that, they have a rewards program. For every $ 50 you spend you get $ 5 worth of yogurt. Not the greatest, but if you’re gonna be treating yourself as often as I do then it doesn’t even matter. ^_^

I love that they have 2 Sugar Free flavors going on… and that they text me when they get the flavors I sign up for on the website that are my favs :-)…Yep…I visit quite a bit. Love it :-)

I love this place! I like the California tart among with others, lots of toppings to choose from, refreshing and great price!

VERY AWESOME SET UP. Great for Kid’s! Always fresh. They need to consider hiring more customer savvy counter people. Sometimes, the personality doesn’t fit the experience.
