Since 2011, I have been getting my business advertising printing and copies done here. Thought I’d better get around to saying something about this UPS store. The service has been consistent and great quality from the start. They recognize me and know my business needs. When my business was starting up, they went out of their way to help me choose what worked. Always plenty of parking and hardly ever a wait — but if I do have to wait a couple minutes, I enjoy the funny greeting cards on the rack. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

Not sure why they have poor reviews. They must have changed staff because every time I go in they are fast and very friendly. I like going to this location more then the one on niblick.

Absolutely rude customer service. Went in to get something notarized and the owner/​manager acted like i was a waste of time for reading the document to make sure it was what i was needing. She even said she would rip up the paper for even questioning it! Wow i will never go there again. Their are many other places in town to take my business

Horrible customer service. Rude older blonde lady unhelpful with an attitude problem. Referring to how there are no other options but to purchase a 25 $ cardboard box for wine even when we had brought in our own. Really? «I only know that cause I do it everyday.» That’s your answer? Wow. Thanks. Bye.

I tried to get a mailbox at the other Paso Robles UPS store on Niblick via e-​mail, and was told they won’t do it by e-​mail. (I live in Orange County) So I called the Golden hills store and everything was handled the same day by e-​mail. I highly recommend this UPS store.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the fact that I can have packages delivered here and someone can sign for them.
