Located in the bucolic heart of California’s Central Coast wine country, just six minutes from Paso Robles leafy main square, Refugio boasts two state-of-the-art vacation suites, each with private deck and fire-pit, plus a fully-equipped teaching/catering kitchen, and expansive patio.
These spaces may be configured in several different ways to suit culinary-focused visitors to our wine country, and/or those who just want a serene spot for reflection and a home-base for exploring the region. The two completely separate and private suites at Refugio can comfortably accommodate one or two single (s), one or two couple (s), and groups (with spillover guests four minutes away at Inn Paradiso).
Refugio additionally offers cooking classes each season on varying Thursdays and Sundays. Students at the classes learn to create fantastic food, savor award-winning wines, and meet chefs, local winemakers, and food artisans in a warm, convivial atmosphere.
You can also rent this stunning, semi-professional kitchen for self-catered events such as birthday parties, cooking club meetings, or anniversaries. Or, bring your own chef for a winemaker dinner, team-building, or sophisticated meetings. Accommodates 12 to 15 seated guests, or up to 40 people with additional equipment rental. Per-night fee from $ 750. Please contact us for details.
