I needed to have a custom mirror cut with a very small window of time. I brought the frame to the shop and Jason got the job done while I waited!!! Amazing job, fabulous service. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

We contacted several glass shops in the north San Luis Obispo area to get estimates and information for safety glass panels for a deck repair project. Paso Robles Glass was interested in the business, while several other companies seemed like we were inconveniencing them by asking. Don Vert came to our home, measured, told us everything we needed to know about interpreting code vagaries and PR Glass doing the installation vs us doing it. Delivery estimates were met. James and Josiah were super on delivery and advice. Other PR Glass people we dealt with were also responsive.

Replacing the windows in my older home (circa ’65) I got quotes from several companies & while some were a few dollars less, I felt the quality was worth it, In the end I chose to keep my business (& tax dollars local) and use Paso Robles Glass which uses a superior product (Milgard) & am 99.9% happy. I would, & have already recommended them to several neighbors.

Here it is, several months and another few calls later. No return calls so I contacted a handyman. Found out that the rollers were installed incorrectly. New rollers were put in and the door works great. The handyman charged me $ 25.00 and the cost of the rollers. A cheap lesson learned. I wish all our local businesses well but really can’t see a reason for contacting them again.

After a lot of hassle with a distributor that paso glass uses Travis really put a lot of effort in to making sure that I was happy with them as a company. I definitely will say that they work hard on keeping a good reputation and making sure that their customers end up happy no matter what problems arise. Thanks Travis

I have nothing but great things to say about Paso Robles glass. They came out and did an emergency repair on my wood and glass door. I couldn’t even tell where they cut out the shattered glass and effected the repair.

I had all the windows in my house replaced by Paso Robles Glass. Fifty windows in all. Don and his team were so fast and efficient and professional. I recommend them without qualification! And the windows are fantastic. I couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend Paso Robles Glass. They recently made and installed a shower door and mirrored closet doors for a new apartment I’m building. I worked with Jarred Damigos and he was so easy to work with, professional and very reliable. The quality of their work is top notch and I’d definitely use them again!!!

We just purchased and had installed all new windows in our older home, our very 1^st home purchase and the biggest upgrade this far! We were extremely happy with every step of the process, from the bidding to the installation. We had originally shopped around a bit before making our final decision to go with Paso Robles Glass. So glad we did & were able to support our local family business! Not only were we very pleased with their competitive pricing, but we had changed our bid a few times and they were very accommodating. My husband and I stopped in to look at the sample windows on a Saturday where in the owner walked us through all the different windows, took time out of his day to answer all our questions and explain the differences in all the options. Don, the gentleman who came out to measure and give us our bid was friendly, professional and represented the company with integrity. he stayed in contact with us through your. Jared made sure to call is to keep us informed of our order process. Once the day came for our windows to be installed, they were punctual, and professionally installed our windows, leaving our home clean, inside & out. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks to anyone looking to upgrade! Our windows look beautiful, and we have the wonderful folks at Paso Robles Glass to Thank! I suspect from the comments of past reviewers that you either get great service or you fall through the cracks and into the category of who gives a sh*t. From starting 2 weeks later than originally scheduled, leaving shards of metal in my back yard, quoting the job incorrectly and generally sloppy work to having to call them back to fix their mistakes. I waited around 6 months before writing this because I wanted to give them every opportunity to prove me wrong. The only reason I gave 2 satrs was because some of the work was completed to my satisfaction and they were better priced than most but I would not recommend this company. One of the biggest irritations was due to the sales rep (Don) never returning calls once he had his money for the job.

Would not recommend this establishment for work at your house. While the price of the service and goods seemed OK, getting the work done when and how you want is another story. We often were told something would happen to get our project done, but nothing happened. repeated phone calls were necessary. Even tho’ they say the job is done, it is NOT. The electrician was a joke — he could not figure out how to redo wiring that was removed — had to bring in a more experienced guy. To this day, the locking mechanism on our new door does not work correctly. Also, I had to finish some of the electrical work MYSELF! I made 3 calls to have it fixed (a second fix) and have heard nothing. there are more issues but I’m tired of typing. bottom lone, use another business if you need major glass installation work.

This place definitely deserves a top notch rating. They prices were very reasonable and they completed the work quickly and provided excellent customer service. I hope I wont be breaking any more glass, but if I do I will turn to Paso Robles Glass to get the work done.
