Established in 2009.

Merrill & Associates Real Estate opened its doors as an independent real estate office in 2009 led by its owner broker Cassandra Merrill, who has been selling real estate for many years as a Top Producing agent. Cassandra wanted to bring more to the table for her clients than just a franchise logo and stagnant marketing plan. Merrill & Associates employs a full time Marketing Director, Transaction coordinator and 14+ agents and brokers.
