Dee was AWESOME!!! She was on time, efficient, fun yet very professional. She had great suggestions on routes we should take and places we should go. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous time.

Dee! Dee! Dee! Dee! Dee! That’s all I have to say! She made our girls weekend in Paso Robles the most fun and carefree experience! We never had to worry about a thing! She took care of us and got us everywhere we wanted to go! I suggest reserving her for a full day (especially if you have a large group) so you can tailor your wine tasting adventure.

Robert is a very professional driver. He will take care of the passengers needs. He is always on time. He will even help you left you items out of the car. I highly recommend fetch next time you need a ride.

Reserved a van for 6 people to be transported to Justin Vineyards. Fetch driver arrived exactly on time to drive us out. Comfortable van and great driver. Fare was reasonable. Return trip was more of the same. Prompt arrival and got us back to the hotel safely. Would use them again in a NY minute. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about Dee. I spoke to her on the phone when I was setting things up. She was a pleasure to speak with and even though it was past her work time, we chatted until I understood all my ride options. I can only surmise that the bad review comes from folks that did a bit too much «tasting»

WOW!!! Took the shuttle to a concert and found the best shuttle service ever!!! Liked them so much we signed up for a wine tour and Katie and the team did the unimaginable! They made it better than we could have ever imagined. Safe, very knowledgable, great wine ambassadors and wonderful honest operators. If you are headed to the fair or Paso… you MUST use them.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Dee was a nightmare. Do not call Fetch. We stood next to the van for almost 10 minutes waiting for her. We finally found her sitting at the bar playing with her phone. Terrible attitude, drove like a maniac all the while screaming about her“schedule”. Nightmare! Almost ruined a perfect day in Paso Robles. That star up there is a minus rating. Dee was unprofessional and reckless.

I had to put a star, but if I did not have to it would be a minus 5. Our driver «Dee» may need meds! Never again Fetch sucks! Dee yelled at us, was rude, disrespectful you name it. She was inside the Justin Winery Restaurant and we were outside waiting for her, the cab was running and ready but no driver… We had to find her then the screaming began you are 15 minutes late!!! Yes we did have to pay our bill before leaving and I did have to go to the ladies room, she should let us know in a professional manner she was waiting OUTSIDE and not inside at the bar playing with her phone as we passed her. I am in a service oriented industry and truly if I yelled at my clients and treated them the way she treated us I would be out of business!

We had the best experience with Robert our driver! Friendly, knowledgable, and super accommodating! Will definitely be using this service again next time we are in town!

never hope they will try and get one of the two cabs they have to get you where you need to go, Ended up having the hotel retrieve us, what a failure. if there a minute late call and make sure dude understood, he doesn’t drink and might might not understand, lol what a waste of time, how can he not get it?.

Super Bowl weekend even the hotel called to get us a cab, no luck.

Doug is the best! A friend & I recently came to paso to wine taste & also play some disc golf at Castro cellars (which is also rad btw). We were staying at the Adelaide inn & we’re having a hell of a time finding a car to drive us out. Doug was readily available in a small amount of time. On top of that, he was knowledgable about the area, fun to talk to & a safe driver. I will only let him drive me around paso.

Super prompt and courteous. Clean, comfortable vehicles. Ask for Dee-​her cab smells like vanilla or lavender or both! Great service in a town where cabbing choices are limited.

I’m from out of town and visiting for the holidays. We usually use über from where I’m from so we were not sure what Paso used. Saw fetch and gave them a ring. They came super quick and our driver was so nice!!! I wish I could remember his name. Great service super fast safely home thank you!

By far the absolute worst customer service in the area. Call anyone else available because being called ‘an f’ing retard’ by the manager ‘Justin’ is inexcusable. They should be ashamed of their service.

I called Fetch last minute on a Saturday night needing to get back to my hotel. Justin answered and apologized saying they didn’t have any availability at the time. I called another service he recommended, well guess what! The other company said «We’re too busy! Call Fetch!» Haha. As I was explaining this cab-​ception to the operator, I get another call coming in… It’s Justin! «Chris, we have a cab coming in hot, walk 2 blocks downhill and get in a white van.» I swear I look down the road and it’s already there. Our driver Dee couldn’t have been nicer. She has the true «Paso spirit» we’ve come to learn of.

Fetch is the best place to get a safe ride from point a to pint b. i originally called yellow cab and they never answered the phone. I retried many times then I called the front desk of hotel and the person told me that he would call Fetch. I thought to myself, what kind of service was that. The driver showed in less then 5 minutes. he showed up and was in the lobby waiting for me. Something that yellow cab would never due for anyone!
The gentleman/​driver opened his door on a very nice mini van with nice clean seats and décor. He then drove me to my destination and had a lot of knowledge about restaurants, winery’s and spas!,
He was available to come back when I finished my meal at Yanagi Sushi and give me a ride back to my a Hotel.
I can’t say enough about how clean and smooth the Vehicles are that Fetch uses to shuttle people around the Central Coast.
I will never use Yellow Cab in Paso Robles again.

After Yellow Cab screwed us over twice, Fetch saved the day! They are super dependable and easy going.

Found this place on Unilocal,and looked good. A phone call prior to my trip, Memorial Day Weekend, I spoke to Justin. After a few minutes on the phone, one pick up at hotel, four people to a wedding, and one pick up back to hotel booked. Quoted a rough estimate, which was only a ball park. Said ride was less than 15 min., and schedule half hour prior to event for pick up.
Driver was on time, waiting in lobby as planned. Started off bad when he told us that the drive was about 45 min.?? Having done my homework online, I know it was a five mile drive. Must have been new, every turn he looked in his lap at the clip board, as if finding his way to the event. Needless to say, about 12 min. later we arrived. It was all good. Fare was very close to quote by Justin, so a little tip and off we went.
I called in about a half hour before pickup just to check in. Dispatcher informed me we were not on «the schedule.» After a few choice words, she located us on the schedule, one day earlier? She made up for it by promising a cab would be on location in 15 to 20 min. The driver even called from the road about 5 min. before arriving. In all, we were in the cab nearly on time (as previously booked), and back to the hotel. Price was about the same going back, give or take a few bucks.
Over all, I would recommend. Clean cabs, friendly drivers, and dispatchers. Funny though how when your in a cab, it always does the speed limit. But when you see an empty cab driving around, they drive like a bat out of hell??? What’s up with that?
