Epic Limousine Sevice

In June, our annual Women’s Wine Weekend teacher group, for the first time, decided to use a limo on day two of our Paso Wine Experience. It was the BEST DECISION EVER! On time, very personable and sincere, carried anything and everything for us, was mindful of our wine and the heat, treated each woman like a lady — which after wrapping up with 183 middle schoolers was quite a treat, stopped for gorgeous photo opportunities, and even suggested two wineries that were not on our list but tasted delicious and we had a blast on their grounds.

I do feel my group did a disservice in that we had no idea what wineries we wanted to go to and thus, did not call ahead. One winery in particular I felt gave our driver a hard time, and yet they had plenty of room to serve us prior to a large party arriving (we had left by the time their limo was coming down the road). I understand wineries want to know ahead of time, but after me getting out of the limo just to inform the winery that it was a last minute decision and that if they had too many people we could return on the way back, we were graciously told to please come in and enjoy. A different «winery type manager» approached our driver, once we all walked in, about not calling ahead. Again, not his fault and we were told at first that all was ok. I attempted speaking with the «manager» but he did not want to speak to me, sorry winery, that will be our last time there…“manager” get all your people on board with your attitude then and do not put down my awesome driver. We should have just been told when to come back since we had another one to go to right next door.
So, as a side note, please call your wineries ahead of time (unless if you are around 4 people or less).

I recommend Epic for anyone looking for a great wine tour in Paso. Isaiah is a pleasure to do business with. I am putting together a Unilocal list of my favorite limousine companies in town and it wouldn’t be complete without adding him.

Isaiah and Epic do a great job making the whole group feel special and he has critical knowledge of the area. Being the owner an driver he real does his best to show you a good time.

Epic, and specifically Isaiah, was really great and dependable. This was very important to us, as they provided our transport for both a half day wine tour and the Tobin James festival. Epic is definitely the way to go for any occasion, thanks Isaiah!

What a pleasure dealing with Epic Limousine and Isaiah. He was punctual and the car was very clean and stocked. Had great conversation with him right from the beginning. He always made sure we were well taken care of during the day. Checked in with us during an event to put things in the car and see if there was anything he could help us with. Based on our wine tastes, took us to some fabulous wineries that were top notch and off the beaten path. Highly recommend Isaiah for any adventure in Paso. We are planning our next trip and will definitely use Epic again and again.

Had a great experience this past weekend with Epic Limousine. From the initial call to the final drop off, everything met our expectations and in some cases, went beyond. We had the pleasure of having Isaiah drive us, and his knowledge of the area provided for a great experience. The amenities provided by Epic Limousine was also a great surprise — waters, soda’s, champagne and other items all provide to us. What made the day so special was Isaiah’s knowledge of the wineries and being able to recommend a couple small places we never would have visited, but we found them to be outstanding. Truly a great experience. We were so pleased, we are planning our October visit and will be booking Epic Limousine again.
