All About Events is in a class of their own with rentals and service here on the Central Coast! Not only do they have a diverse selection of rentals, their inventory is in excellent shape. As event designers, we never need to worry about the quality of their pieces, we know it will always be top notch!
They are great at scheduling, being on time, and they never miss a beat on the many orders we have with them. Steven, Brooke and the whole team are always willing to help on a moment’s notice, too! They have really saved us on many occasions, and always do it with a smile and willingness to help!

Living in LA, it’s a little tricky planning a wedding roughly 3 hours from home. But the team at All About Events made the process seamless. All of the items we rented from them were high quality and beautiful.

Working with All About Events was super easy. Brooke was quick to respond to all my rental questions. Drop off and pick up were easy to arrange. Rentals were all of high quality. Good value.

We had All About Events provide all the tables, chairs, table linens, plates, glassware, lights, and dance floor for our rehearsal dinner AND wedding in April 2016. The delivery truck showed up exactly when they were supposed to and the guys unloading were so nice! They politely asked where things should be placed and kept things neat and tidy. The girls in the office were so nice working with us for months leading up to the wedding and helped make sure our quantities were right. The rentals they provide are high quality and the service is top notch! I would highly recommend using them for any event!

The customer service we rare viewed was above and beyond. Lindsay was our point of contact and was amazing to work with! She answered every email and question promptly and made changes repeatedly to accommodate my requests. All of our rentals were exactly as described. Everything was in excellent condition, and they were the best prices in the area. I would highly recommend using them. Our wedding ran smoothly and they were on point from start to finish. My son’s wedding was held last June in Paso Robles and Brooke at All About Events worked with me long distance to make sure we had everything we needed. When I finally got to meet her in April, we tweaked some of the choices due to her great recommendations. When the day arrived, everything was delivered as planned and we were set for the day. Call them for all your party and event needs.

All About Events has the best quality rentals for your wedding or party. My wife and I used them for our wedding and everything was perfect. They are incredibly accommodating with their drop off/​pick up schedule, that allowed us to sleep easy knowing that everything was there and accounted for before our big day. Just the way they package and transport everything is so clean and efficient there was no guess work when looking at our invoice and what we had rented. All items were labeled and wrapped in plastic to assure the cleanliness and quality. Also the crew, Steven and Brooke are the best people to work with. They answer every email and call asap, what is exactly what you need with the stresses of a wedding. We loved AAE so much for our wedding we rented from them for our FriendsGiving feast and it made the day so epic it has now become a tradition. If you are in the market for event rentals go with all about events they are there for you when it counts.

Very professional, always on time, and furnishings always in superb condition. Our business, Beach Butlerz, requires high end service ad furnishings therefore we are particular about who we call to assist us when our inventory is not able to accommodate our clients. Everybody I encountered from AAE was professional, friendly, and helpful. We hosted our son’s wedding at out home in August, 2015 and they helped me every step of the way.

Brooke was amazing! We used AAE for our wedding back in July and she helped us out. We had a mini destination wedding (we live a couple hours away) so she worked with me over the phone and via email. We had one meeting in person to go over all the details and it was super quick and easy because she was so helpful. I would definitely recommend All About Events!

Brooke from All About Events was recommended to me by my florist to be my wedding coordinator at Greengate Ranch in SLO and I am so happy she came into my life! When interviewing other coordinators it seemed like they just wanted to take the reigns and run the show for me. Working with Brooke felt more like working with a friend. She was so relaxed and went with my ideas and just added suggestions to improve on them. She was always available for questions, able to accommodate and meet whenever we were in town, able to go to meetings when we weren’t, and even did a little craft project with my napkins right before the wedding ! It’s so helpful that she works with the rental company, too, because it’s so easy for her to find anything you ask for! Brooke is worth every penny — and unlike most coordinators by the book, she doesn’t nickel and dime you for every hour spent. She was supposed
to be my «month of» coordinator but the moment you sign with her she is available for helping out. My wedding went off without a hitch and I couldn’t have been a more relaxed and happier bride — people even commented on how happy and not stressed I was which is very unlike me in a situation like this :)
Our rentals from AAE were perfect. They have a great selection and everything looked and worked great! Especially our string lighting in the barn :) I would recommend both Brooke and AAE to anyone!!!

We used All About Events needed for our wedding at The Santa Margarita Ranch. Everything I rented from AAE was wonderful (chairs, china, flatware, glassware, tables) and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery and pick-​up were on time. I didn’t get to work with team very much since my coordinator handled most of the rentals but I did meet with one of the team members at their showroom and she was wonderful! My coordinator also mentioned AAE is her favorite rental company on the Central Coast. I am so happy we went with All About Events and you will be too!

All About Events was amazing to work with! They supplied rentals for our 275 person wedding at a new venue in SLO called the Loma Grande Ranch on September 19^th, 2015. Everything had to be brought in, including, ovens, a dance floor, and all of the tables, chairs and linens. Brooke helped us coordinate the rentals to make sure everything was accounted for.
All About Events was originally supposed to supply rentals for our wedding in September of 2014, but 3 months before the wedding, we had to push the date back a year because I had been diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo 9 months of treatment. Brooke was so understanding and accommodating. She never questioned my intentions and she was so supportive throughout the year. I would without a doubt use them again.

Being an event producer myself, I was very skeptical with which rental company we were going to choose. It’s tough when you have seen some companies that don’t take care of their equipment, or are known for being flaky with delivery/​pick up times. Brooke was SO wonderful to work with, and she never gave me a hard time with all my crazy questions!
The bonus to all of this was that she knew our venue pretty well (Flying Caballos) AND worked very often with our catering team (Pacific Harvest). We were still required to handle the rental order, but she made it so much easier than it would have been with another company. No fuss, just amazing service and fantastic products.
We had a standing style reception with mixed seating and farmhouse furniture. She helped me brainstorm ideas around how to keep enough seating for 150 people, while still making our vision of just a «party» come to life. It was flawless.
THE BEST PART: On the Thursday before the wedding, I get a call saying that they would like to upgrade our chiavari chairs to the rustic x-​back style… for no additional cost… Whaaaaat!!! It was an event producers dream come true!!! Not sure exactly why this happened, but I don’t care… those chairs worked so much better with our overall décor and I was ecstatic when I found out. THANK YOU BROOKE! You are a gem!!!
I will always recommend this company for the San Luis Obispo/​surrounding area. I wish I could use them more, but since we live in the bay area, this review and word of mouth will hopefully be enough!

Ladies I can’t recommend Brooke enough!!! She made sure my big day was absolutely flawless. My Fiancé and I headed to Paso Robles this past weekend, in search of the perfect wedding venue and we returned to Los Angeles having found more than we could have possibly imagined. Steven, at All about Events is our new hero — he came highly recommended by several people and made himself available to meet with us right away. Upon entering the impeccably clean and well designed showroom we knew we had landed in the right place as well as in the right hands — Steven was not only gracious with his time and insight but within a matter of minutes had put our minds at ease. We left that day with a wedding venue and wonderful wedding coordinator, Brooke. We also left feeling reassured and inspired. I am so, so, so happy that we hired All About Events for our wedding (and rehearsal dinner). Brooke was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Such a pleasure to deal with, and really knows her stuff. She helped us with even more than just our rentals — she offered lots of advice and recommendations for other vendors to work with, as well. We chose to hire Brooke from All About Events as our wedding planner. We wanted someone who could coordinate all our vendors, since we live 2.5 hours away from where our wedding was held. This company also handled all of our dish ware and silverware for the tables, which was something I didn’t want to deal with. Since Brooke has prior experience in catering she was able to flawlessly tell me which plates, glassware, silverware, serve ware, we needed for the amount of people we were having at our wedding.
She also coordinated with all of our vendors, picked up the desserts the day of the wedding, and made a time-​line for the day! I was able to contact her whenever I had a question or needed her to do anything.
The day of the event she was awesome! Only coming to me to ask if I needed a drink (haha!), or asking if we were ready to start cake cutting, walk over to the barn, and other essential questions. She also checked in on the groom, and mothers of the bride and groom. Overall, so nice and so down to business! I had numerous compliments on the flow of our wedding. I didn’t want any downtime. I wanted people to be active and interested in what was going on. And with her help and coordination with the DJ, she made this happen! I am so thankful we decided to go with All About Events for our dish ware and Brooke for our wedding planner. Her cost was also very reasonable and definitely worth it!
