We were camping in Paso Robles when our windshield came loose from the coach of OU RV. A-​1 is a well organized and well run company who came to our rescue. I had my windshield replaced yesterday at A1 auto glass. I must say they did a great job and I was out in no time. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. Even the owner came to me and thanked me for supporting their family business. I was totally satisfied and will definitely recommend them.

I rent a house but know the owner pretty well. It’s an older house built in the early to mid 60’s. It has had a lot of repairs and remodeling done. But the windows had not yet been replaced. As charming as those old windows are, they are not practical at all. These windows had not been taken care of either. My husband did a full install of central heating and air so the owner started looking into replacing the windows. We didn’t think it was going to happen any time soon, because the average price was a little too much for the owner to spend. My husband’s shop is located near A1 and we have had them do some smaller glass jobs for us in the past, so he asked if they did window installations. They do. The owner of A1 glass, Brian Carroll, came out the next day and gave us an incredibly good quote. The home owner called a few more places and could not find a comparable price. So we got started! The windows were ordered from milgard, they are affordable and still very high quality. It took a while for the windows to get here because of it being summer. But they are super nice windows. Brian measured the windows 3 times, so we knew the order would be right. All the new windows fit perfectly! There was some frame work that needed to be done on a few windows, and Brian did that beautifully as well. It took about 1 and a half days to install all the windows and then one day to paint and clean. Really fast! They paint match so you don’t have to worry. Everything looks like it was always meant to be there. Brian Carroll is extremely nice and cares a lot about the customer and the quality of work he provides. Every person you speak to and interact with is very kind. The whole experience was more than pleasant. The windows are incredible! We are so happy and the home owner is too. All the people at A1 glass really went above and beyond! And all at a really fair price. I would highly recommend them to any one for any glass need they have and we will continue to use them as well. The home owner is even having them do windows on another one of his properties!

Simply the best. I had my auto windows tinted with the best tint. It shields out almost all of the heat.
Bryan is a perfectionist. He did a great job and guarantees it. I had some puckering and he completely replaced the window tint to fix it.

Brian and his staff quickly and expertly replaced the broken window in my car without an appointment. They managed to work me in and get me back on the road the same day I called. This was just what I needed!

They quoted a great price on a new windshield and even after finding rust which was allowing the old windshield to leak, they sanded down and primed the rusted areas so that the new windshield had no chance of leaking. They took a little longer than most shops but it was necessary in doing the job right the first time. They take pride in attention to detail which is much appreciated. This degree of service is rare today. I’ll be back for sure if the occasion arises.

My windshield had an unusual pixilation of some sort which occurred after a spell of very hot weather. It began to look like a windshield in the rain, needing to be wiped.
Now it’s like driving a new car. Almost!
I called around and A1 Glass was the least expensive and most convenient alternative. It turned out to be a great decision.
They did it fast, they did it cheap, they did it on my schedule.

I can’t say enough good things about A-​1! They were so friendly and I called and they were able to get it fixed less than 24 hours later. The price was good but the best part was the staff! They are extremely nice, they communicate, and they are prompt. They were going to do it the same day but when the gentleman got out to my location he saw that the replacement windshield was slightly defective. That’s amazing service!

A1 Glass in Paso Robles came to our rescue when the stripping which helps hold the windshield popped off while driving on the freeway. The minute we drove in they dropped everything to fix it and get us back on the road. They were extemely nice, helpful and the job was done perfectly for a very reasonable price.

Bryan (the owner) and Jesse (one of his field techs) did an amazing job on our ’11 328 and ’12 MDX. Jesse did the MDX very quickly, cleanly and at our convenience despite my delaying them an hour or so. And Jess repaired four chips in the 328 windshield and you can’t see where he worked at all! I am totally amazed! They couldn’t be nicer guys or more courteous. Excellence all around for us. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for any glass work.
