Dura-Shine Clean

I was quoted $ 350 for a «move out /​deep clean.» The house was not dirty to begin with, but it had been lived in for one year and I wanted a fresh look to list the house. I had to spend two hours cleaning what they missed, which included all cupboards and drawers in the kitchen, stove drawer, flooring around the refrigerator, and corners of closet shelves where they could not reach. The house is 1500 square feet, but only about 200 sq. feet was vinyl flooring. They could not clean the carpeting, which I knew ahead of time. (Apparently they don’t clean carpet in Moses Lake.). They cut the bill in half which seemed fair given they did a great job on the windows, both inside and out. The most disappointing of all was the manager did not feel it was important to talk with me, but left the phone calls to a gal in the office. SHE should get a raise! She was apologetic, understanding, and professional.

Setting up an appointment was easy and convenient! They were very friendly and professional! My wife was so excited to have the house cleaned. She was very impressed about the high quality clean especially for the price!

Like another reviewer (Todd), I cannot get these people to call back. I have left voicemails, left a message with a person in the office, I even talked with a lady representing them at the local baseball team (Dust Devils) game… Still nothing! Completely unacceptable. Maybe they’re a front business and don’t want real clients. Strange thing not being able to get a call back to give a company business. Wish there was a star representing worthless, because I would give it to them.

I just hired these guys to clean my carpet. The price was great, they showed up right on time and were very professtional. I just bought a house and last home owner had a dog. before they showed up the house made me sick, now you cant even tell there was ever a dog! I will be calling these guys again for sure!

I have tried contacting these people for almost two months now, based on recommendations from friends… I have only talked to an actual person ONCE over the phone [never called me back], and they said «someone would get back to me»… never happened. My health club was right next door, so I stopped over IN Person to speak w/​them… again she stated that «someone would get back to me»… never happened.
I would say if they don’t care enough to even follow up on my almost begging them to clean my house… they must Not Want MY business.
