Bill will be my go to chiropractor from now on! I was in car accident and my neck went out. Even after several days of rest my neck didn’t seem to get any better, so my boyfriend’s chiropractor recommend Dr Jacobson. I am so glad that I went to him. My neck has full mobility after only two sessions! He didn’t try to sell me whole bunch sessions. This took me by surprise because last year a different chiropractor tried to sell me up to 10 sessions up front! It is so refreshing to find a professional who know what he is doing and does it well!

As a Massage Therapist I believe in chiropractic care; however, I don’t believe in the whack and crack ‘em style, and the «well you will need to see me at least 3 times a week for the next…»
So, one day in my office I moved an empty, plastic laundry basket and out went my SI joint (it is a small place in the lower back — where you will see dimples on someones back — that is where there SI is). If the pain was only excruciating it would have been better — after a night of not sleeping, and hardly able to get out of bed I texted a friend of mine for the name and number of his chiro. At 7:15a.m. I called Dr. Jacobson, he answered very cheerfully, asked me how soon I could get there. I was in his office at 7:45a.m., in my pajamas, barely moving.
After a thorough assessment, and adjustments (no whacking, or wrenching on my head), a bit of homework to do, I was SO much better!!!
My favorite part — other than being able to put pants on without screaming — was the fact he told me to call him when I thought I needed to see him (no pressure to meet some crazy/​unrealistic treatment plan); his intuitive style (he quickly picked up that I was an anatomy geek and talked to me about everything he was doing); and a VERY fair price point.
Living in Burbank with a chiropractor on every corner, I will gladly drive to Pasadena to see Dr. Jacobson, and will recommend him to my clients as well!

I want to apologize for not reviewing Dr. Jacobson earlier — I was looking for Jacobsen.
My wife found Dr. Jacobson through her church — and may God bless the person that pointed her to him.
This man seems to work miracles. He’s is patient, kind, knowledgeable and willing to share why he’s doing what he’s doing.
She walks in bent over with every movement bringing pain, and walks out normally.
She’s had maybe a dozen treatments over the last 18 months and there has been significant improvement in her condition.
His office is immaculate, and he greets everyone with a smile. He is very upfront with what costs to expect.
