Look I’m not a total asshole, but I have to tell you my story. I started shopping there the 1^st week in July maybe more towards the 10^th of the month.
I purchased a whip it whipped cream dispenser and 200 chargers and had a good time and I went back a few more times for chargers and purchased another 200 chargers @ a time and went to it again.
So then I went back to get a new vaporizer and got one of those double battery things 50W sub ohm and Arctic tank and it worked great and was totally Happy. Then the problems started to occur.
The whip cream dispenser started leaking wicked amounts of gas and it was wasting it more and more. So I go to talk to Them and the Guy that owns the place is oh I’m so sorry, but there’s nothing I can do for you cause they don’t do anything for US! And I was like well maybe you should by better products instead of plastic topped containers and he said well that’s now my Job? And I’m like what???
So I get some more gas and pretty much waste ½ of it.
And then the tank on the vaporizer cracked and I tried to get them to do something
about that and they wouldn’t.
So I purchased another tank. And that worked fine up until this week. The battery stopped keeping a charge and the button wasn’t working properly.
I tried to charge it and the charging port or mini USB port wasn’t charging at all.
So I went back last night to tray and talk to them 1 last time and it fell upon Deaf Ears again.
So I’m in here telling anyone who will listen too me I spent $ 800 over the course of 3 months.
I was pretty much robbed and it’s a family business and I have nothing good. Except for the guy that opens in the morning with the thick beard sorry I never got your name brother but he was really super nice to me. And was going to deliver stuff to me at my house but I told him I’ll get to him. And then there’s the short fret haired guy whoa is a total Dick! And the nephew or cousin who is caught in the middle. He just couldn’t do anything and make up his own mind,
Very SAD ILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE WHO SHOPS THERE NOT
TO.
Cause you’ll run into problems and that’ll be it and you’ll be upset and feel burned as I do.
I just wanted good CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL.
Nothing more at all.

These guys are so helpful! I purchased a sim card from this shop about 9 month ago. I starting having problems with my phone so I took it in to these guys. They took their time to figure out what was wrong with my phone and even replaced the sim card for free. I have referred friends to this place and will continue to.

I found this smokeshop about a year ago when I gave up smoking. They turned me onto a hookah. Every time I go in there and I have a problem with my gadget? Ha ha they’re the first ones ready to help assist me fix it and show me the best alternatives. Their prices are the best they’re all about customer service and I think that the gentleman that run that shop are top notch I highly recommend the shop for all of your smoking or non-​smoking or water even?! Needs!

Great customer service and great supply of hookah pens and flavors. The owner helped us and he was very knowledgable and friendly! I’ll be back for sure.

I live very close to this shop and was going regularly. The prices were a bit high but the convenience was great… Until I tried to return a SIM card. Unopened and in perfect condition. I didn’t have my receipt and said store credit would be fine. The owner said «you are making my job very difficult.» WHAT? I have spent hundreds of dollars there. The store was empty. I wasn’t asking for cash. He ended up THROWING A PACK OF CIGARETTES AT ME! And said «Who cares about you fucking money!» (Yes he said you). If you can avoid this place you should. All good if your spending but watch out if you try to return something. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Good prices and great service I’d definitely recommend this place. I went in to buy a disposable hookah pen and one of the employees gave me a variety of flavors to chose from.

This place is super sick ! Service is amazing ! People are down 2 earth and are very knowledgable about the products ! Don’t go anywhere else when you have universal in the area :)

This place is definitely the place to go! Open a little bit later than much of its competition, my roommate and I were able to get in and get what we needed with some beyond awesome service from a totally chill dude who knew exactly what he was talking about. No doubt you will find what you need here and leave more than satisfied.

Man! These guys have everything. And there prices are cheapppp!!! Good service, and let me say there scratchers are hot. I’ve gotten luck few times. Just saying it worked for me.

Very cool people working here, helpful and polite. They have everything you need a very decent prices.
The only complaint I had was I wanted to try a hookah stick and it burned out on my like in 5 tokes, but it was my fault for not returning it or taking it back. Other then that qualify items a must stop by shop. Who else opens at 8am!

I go there to buy cigars nice people I will call this my new stop after work. I told all my friends about this shop.

I must say this place is amazing I’ve been coming in for smokes and beverages on a daily basis not once have I had a bad experience the guys there are super cool and very helpful and very nice they even go out of there way to make sure you find what you need. Oh and the place is always super clean definitely recommend this this place. It really is a Universal Stop they pretty much have everything you would need.

Absolutely wonderful experience. This is our new place. My man is quitting smoking so we were looking for liquid nicotine to lower his addition so he can stop smoking. We looked up Universal Stop on Unilocal and saw the great reviews. Moses is so friendly and helpful. He was generally interested in Steve’s well being and helped us to understand the process of decreasing nicotine dosages. We also purchased alkaline water at an unbelievable price. We’ve always wanted to try the water but didn’t know where to purchase it. What a great experience!

I love coming here! The people that work there are great at helping you find what you need and are always friendly. They offer a wide variety of various items like glass, vapes, grinders, papers and a lot more. Their prices are more than reasonable and like any small business they appreciate customer loyalty. I always bring people here because I know they’ll be getting their moneys worth whatever it may be! If you haven’t been here I suggest checking it out next time you need to make any kind of smoke related stop. Keep up the great work you guys!

Came here today to purchase some pens (which I honestly don’t know a thing about). Guy working the store was super awesome! (Receipt says his name is Sako). He was really helpful and patient and informative. They have a wide variety of products and really good prices.
Will recommend this store to everyone, big time.

I come here all the time for alkaline water. Not only was it the cheapest alkaline water that I found dollar-​per-​dollar, but it was also the best quality that I’ve had as it was fresh from the tap. They really try to match the quality and affordability of any product they also sell. The service was great; the cashiers are down-​to-​earth and always willing to help you if you have a lot of purchases you need to bring back to your car.
Simply excellent. Would come back here again for any other needs.

I came here not too long ago to purchase some portable hookah pens! One of the guys who work there (I wish I remembered his name) was so nice and helpful! I was really confused about the different kinds of pens and flavors, he was really informative and patient with me. Their prices are lower than most places sale these pens and great quality!

Very nice and friendly owners. Clean and well– lit store. The store smelled amazing because they used the oil fragrance (which can be purchased here) with their machine stuff.

They sell everything from purified water, snacks, hookah pipes, essential oils (which smell amazing!!), vaporizers, air fresheners, to cellphones, water containers and many other cool accessories (mini flowers in mini pipe glass for Vday… how cute!). Their fridge machine also has a lot of cool drinks like Peace tea and other refreshing beverages.

I love how they take out all their products, whichever you’re interested in, for you to see. Their water sink have variety of filtered so you can taste the differences (i couldn’t tell but hey, i’m no water connoisseur. You can also see the filtration system through a glass window display and i thought THAT was pretty cool.

Their price is really reasonable. They also gave us discount and threw in some goodies on whatever you decided to purchase.

Great customer service. Highly recommend to check out this cool place.

Water, Water, Water… can there be anything more delightful than good water. They even have Alkaline water (pH+). I go for the water but they have a plethora of stuff.
Cell phones, nice ones too. Pipes, hookas, tobacco, worked glass, electronic cigarettes (my mom is enjoying hers and hasn’t had a cigarette since). A ton of electronic cigarettes. I had no idea you can smoke those in places where the traditional cigarettes have been outlawed.
On top of all that, the guys there are super cool.
So thanks guys for the superb service and excellent water!
