My car had a little scratch so I took this car to a casual repair shop I found. However this shop is amazing. I was thinking I’m gonna spend fifty to fix the scratch. However that guy charge me for nothing and help me fix the scratch. Thank you and so recommend for its helpful while nice service!

I just picked my car up today after having to get my bumper replaced and was amazed at how quickly my car was finished! I took my car in last Tuesday and by Friday it was ready to be picked up. In addition to the quick repair, the quality of the work done was also very good. Arthur helped us out and he was very patient and helpful. Over all amazing experience :)

I have used Unicar a couple of times over the years and always had good luck with them. Today I brought in my SUV which had been hit by a driver in a parking lot. Of course the driver forgot to leave his/​her contact info.
Anyway, I met with Arthur, who took a look at the damage. He asked if I would mind if he attempted to just clean it up. It is a plastic bumper, so he popped the bumper back in place and cleaned it up with some buffing solution. Then he had a little bit of paint mixed and did some touch up paint on the bumper.
I won’t say it’s as good as new, but you can’t tell anything happened by looking at the bumper at a glance. Arthur would accept no payment for his time. It was very much appreciated by me as I was not looking forward to spending $ 1000 (deductible). I will definitely use Unicar again the next time I need work on my car. I recommend them totally. And thanks again Arthur.

I came in for an estimate for my bumper. But Arthur Ovsepyan helped me out with a little paint and a little elbow grease. Before I knew it, my bumper looked great! No charge! Thank you Arthur. And he wouldn’t even take a tip! I’ll remember that for next time.

Man I am happy my insurance recommended this place. I received exemplary service and was assured my car was in good hands. When I first arrived at the body shop my Adjuster Arthur welcomed me and began working on my car, in a matter of minutes I was sent home with a complimentary ride by a gentleman named Jerry, who I found out was an important man at the shop. I was treated as an important customer and never felt like I was being told anything less or more than I should be. I knew what was going on with my car at all times and with the amount of work the guys had at the shop I’m happy they where able to get all the parts (all certified parts for my make and model) and finish the repairs on my car as fast as they did. Again I would like to thank Arthur O. for dealing with my calls and helping me understand the whole process, he was very patient and assured me the guys working on the car would do a great job. I have my car now and I am extremely pleased with the result!

Friendly, honest, and great service! I won’t trust my Honda anywhere else! They are very helpful and I’m not surprised that Honda of Pasadena chose them as their body shop.

This place is really great. The workers are amazing. They took care of me really well first off by taking me and picking me up all the way home and I live about 20 miles away. Second their worker named Arthur is very impressive he made my E350 look brand new like it was never hit. I like how he never pressured me and really made sure that I wanted to leave my car there. You can’t go wrong here they after all they do have lifetime warranty on anything they fix. So on that.

First, let me start by saying that I am extremely grateful for this shop. Their level of care, professionalism and support was phenomenal.
Now, my story. I had just bought my car (barely 8 months out of the dealer) when I was rear-​ended causing me to crash into the car in front of me. It was my first accident ever so I was confused on the process on what to do. I Unilocaled nearby Autobody shops as my car was not drivable and needed to be towed. I am so grateful that I found Unicar… Their staff walked me through the process of opening a claim with my insurance, and took it from there.
I got weekly updates (sometimes once every 2 weeks) and was able to visit the shop to see the progress
The end result? My car looked as good as it did on the day I bought it. Their reputation speaks for itself. Thanks guys!

Took my BMW 428i in after an accident. Arthur put me at ease immediately. He was helpful and thorough in explaining the process and putting me at ease. Got me a rental right away and kept me in the loop throughout. My car was ready in no time. Thank you Arthur and Unicar for holding my hand and helping me though this difficult time.

Wow just wow! Arthur is one of best! He is extremely professional and offers the best service. I have a Mini Cooper and he always delivered the best service right away even if when I would go last minute. I had a cracked windshield and he fixed it for me the following day even though it was difficult to get a hold of the glass! Thanks Arthur!

So where do I start… well, for the sake of time, I’m going to focus solely on Unicar’s ability to troubleshoot and properly repair a vehicle. I filed a claim through Mercury Auto Insurance to have my bumper repaired after a collision at night with remnants from a blown out tire. They ultimately fixed the bumper, but it wasn’t until a few months later that I noticed it coming off around the front right passenger side. So, I end up revisiting Unicar, file another claim to petition Mercury to fix the problem (at Unicar’s request!), but to no avail. Denied! The real problem though wasn’t Mercury (because I’m a nobody to them), it was Unicar Auto Body. Instead of trying to take the bumper off and fully assess the state of it, they just took a few pictures to «prove» that it was my fault for the bumper coming off, sent the pictures back to Mercury, and eventually refused to take a real thorough look at it. Pretty lazy way to go about things if you ask me. The manager, Dave Mosso, was «nice» enough to say, «well, I mean, I can have my guys put some epoxy on it but that’ll be a band-​aid. I recommend you file another claim.» Yeah sure Dave, another $ 500 dollars out of my pocket? Fuck that. Already been down that road, brother. However, here’s the cool part of the story… I went to Jamy Automotive in San Gabriel, CA, which I had been going to for years anyway, and it took them 25 MINUTES to take the bumper halfway off, fully assess the problem, and order two new front right bumper side brackets so that the bumper would properly hold. Grand total? $ 78.52 including labor. Hey Dave (goddamn it I hope you read this), even if it were MY FAULT because of «driver error», which clearly it wasn’t, you mean to tell me that Unicar, the «official body shop for Subaru Glendale» couldn’t figure this out? Give me a fucking break. The problem here in my opinion comes down to good old fashioned work ethic and customer care. I read a couple of reviews here that said things like «they really care about their customers» and «they do good work». No they don’t and not this time. Call it incompetency, call it greed, call it laziness, you be the judge. All I know is that they will never get my business again. The sad reality is Unicar won’t care because they’ll continue to make their money. All I’m looking to do here as a consumer is expose Unicar’s inability to serve its customers and fully asses and troubleshoot vehicles. They should be embarrassed of themselves. Good luck, Unilocalers. You’re gonna need it should you go to Unicar.

Had a great experience. I had an accident and my car was pretty beat up, I went to Unicar and request a Quote the sales man Art was very knowledgeable and professional gave me a good quote and said they will take care of everything for me and that’s exactly with he did, From picking up my car to getting me a loaner and fixing my car like noting had ever happen on top of the quality work Art had my car delivered to me while I was at work.

The people at Unicar auto body truly cares and that was important to me given the circumstances that I went thru in my vehicle accident. Jack (owner), Arthur (right hand man), and Judy (the friendly voice over the phone) assured me that they would provide me a generous estimate on my total loss vehicle. Went to uni car on a mercury insurance recommendation, and since it’s near my house. Carlos helped write the estimate and explained what to expect. Staff was friendly and professional. Uni car has done it again. Once again they repaired all the damages on my FJ cruiser and have done such an exceptional job.
