Established in 2013.

Trilliant was established to address the quality gap in the property management industry. Everyone knows: good property managers are hard to find. We set out to shore-​up this gap in the industry by providing high-​quality professional property management to one owner at a time.

Our team has decades of experience in real estate including new construction, sales, and property management. We bring this experience to the table each and every day in order to maximize our owners’ profits. Chris HolmesParker is a co-​founder and property manager who specializes in managing multi-​unit properties and apartment complexes. Chris takes a systems-​engineering approach from the bottom-​up in order to put together a unique plan for each property that maximizes profits. This assessment includes putting together a maintenance and upkeep schedule, obtaining quotes and a schedule for all key capital expenses, and putting together an operating budget (PNL) projection for the future.
