I was asked what was wrong with the items i then expressed one item was too small and had already searched on the rack for a larger item and the other was simple not to the liking of my son. I was them informed one of the items could not be returned only store credit given. I questioned why she then started her sermon on making every effort not to let me speak or ask a question while she continue to smirk when i explained i was not aware sale items are non refundable nor was explained at the point of purchase. She then went on to say Well its our policy as she smiled. I then stated im sorry i was not informed of the policy nor is it posted anywhere visible. She continued to ramble on the same information. Its our policy its in our receipts. I then asked ok when is the receipt printed? she did not answer the question. Then looked at the receipt and stated she knew the person who rung up the items mEntioned it to me items are non refundable. WOW love how she can state something without being present. ALICIAISFULLOFIGNORANCEANDWANTEDTOFEELSHEHADAUTHORITY. WILLNEVERVISITTHISSTOREAGAINWASMY1st and LASTTIME.

I wanted to write a review before I forget. So I came in here to find some shorts for the BF. Saw one that I liked on the Summer Clearance Rack for 50% off. The price tag didnt show any markdowns but I had assumed it was 50% off because it was on the rack and there was another pair of the same kind on there as well. I went to the cashier to double check that the price was half off but when the cashier rang it up… It came up as regular price. The girl that was helping me had told me that all the items on the rack were on sale so I let the cashier know and they had double checked and told me that maybe the item was misplaced on the wrong rack. The girl told the cashier that I was right and that it was on the clearance and that there were two on the rack. Another worker came to check and I believe he may have been an assistant manager but he told me he would honor the 50% off since it was advertised that way. I ended up paying $ 17 dollars for good quality board shorts! So the point of my review is not the amount of money that I paid(which is a bonus itself) but the staff and service. Even if it was a mistake on the stores end that they misplaced the item, they still took accountability and honored it which I believe is highly respectable. Quality customer service=happy customers Hats off to the Tillys Pasadena staff!!!

First time at tillys. Definitely a California/surfer/skater type of store. They offer both men’s, women’s and kids merchandise. Plus a lot of accessories from back packs, shoes, skate boards and watches etc. Everything you need to accessorize. Great customer service as well both on the floor and by the dressing room. They have so much great brands to choose from. Ended up leaving with a bag full of stuff.
