The mission for The Pie Hole exists today to provide their customers with a great café experience. They believe this experience first starts with great pie and coffee, sourcing primarily local high quality ingredients and custom roasting organic and ethically growncoffee to demanding specifications. The Pie Hole hand makes all items from scratch. They focus on responsibly sourced ingredients that lends a quality to the already authentic American experience of great pie and coffee that is sadly all to uncommon. They believe a pie shop is a living institution, a neighborhood gathering spot, and a welcoming environment for all. The Pie Hole is a family run small business that seeks to be the best part of everyone’s day.
History
Established in 2011.
The first Pie Hole opened in Oct of 2011 in Downtown Los Angeles. In March of 2014, The Pie Hole opened on Colorado Blvd in Old Town Pasadena.

Andrew is the Shop Manager at The Pie Hole in Pasadena, CA.
«There is absolutely nothing more fulfilling than seeing a customer who is satisfied in their experience trying new places. I know I’ve done my part when I start seeing regulars come through the door, I know them by name, and we talk about how their day is treating them or what’s new in their life. We strive for excellence in everything we do so just know that around here… you’re family.» says Andrew.
When he’s not around in the store; he can be found working on his own entrepreneurial endeavors or sailing along the Pacific.
