I’ve gone here for years. The couple that owns and runs this are very sweet and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and they have a huge selection of products. I highly recommend this business for all your framing needs.

How do you own an establishment where talking to people is what you have to do and not speak enough English to assist a customer with a question? I think these reviews are bogus. Unless every one of these reviews below mine are speaking the same language of the people who run the shop. What a joke.

Great service at a fair price. Sarah was very helpful, patient, and delicately handled my rare poster from Amsterdam. I originally went to Aaron Brothers on Foothill/Rosemead to frame the poster, but found their customer service to be very poor. I saw The Frame Factory on my drive home, and decided to get an estimate. Sarah’s estimate was $ 100 less than AB’s, and the finished product was beautiful and just as I wanted it. I was really impressed with and appreciative of the service at this business, and am happy to recommend them.

Nice people, great work, good prices. I had a print from Norman Seeff of Steve Jobs that I’d been meaning to frame but Michael’s gave me such a ridiculous quote(even with a 60% coupon, I’ll add) that I hadn’t gotten it done. Lesson learned — forget those big chains and come here instead. Not only did they quote me a fair price but they were faster and way nicer. And they did a nice job! I highly recommend The Frame Factory and will be using them myself again soon. (Tip: Their hours are 10AM — 6PM M-Sat. I had to drive by the shop for this info. because it’s not listed on their phone message.)

I’ve never written a review for any company before, but I am today because this company did a fantastic job and deserves to be recognized. I was looking for some very basic frames for a couple concert posters, but could not justify paying the outrageous prices I was quoted. The posters, while nice silk screen prints, only cost $ 50 each, but due to their unique dimensions required customer frames. Micheal’s had a 60% custom frame special, but even with the discount they were going to be $ 120 each. I called every other frame store in Pasadena and received even higher quotes, which resulted in me just giving up on it for now. Then one day while running some errands I saw The Art N Frame Factory and decided to check it out. Its run by an older Asian couple who are super nice. It appears that the wife places the orders and the husband does the frames. I was quoted $ 60 per frame, half of Michael’s, but she gave me $ 5 off each for doing two frames in the same color. She wanted me to bring in the pictures, but I was skeptical because I could only find one other review of this company online. It was a good review though and decided to bring them in anyway the day before my frames were ready. She remembered me and my concern for the pictures, assured me they’d be safe and would be ready the following day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t going to get off work in time to make it there before they close, but she said her husband will be there and that I can come to the back door. He called me that evening, to see what time I was going to make it and was incredibly nice, showing no sign that I was inconveniencing him. I showed up an hour and a half after they closed and my pictures were ready to go, wrapped with plastic and corner protecters for safe traveling. The frames were solid and very nice. I thanked him, left, and was admiring them as I put them in my car. I noticed him locking up and leaving, and knew that he stayed there specifically for me, but instead of being a jerk about it, as many people would have been, he was very grateful for my business. So if you’re in need of framing and want fair prices, please give this company a chance. — Rob Holman

We were looking for somewhere that would frame a large certificate for cheap. We checked Aaron Brothers, Michaels and some other frame store and they quoted $ 200 something. We checked The Frame Factory just out of curiosity. Not only is it a nice little family run shop, but you can see where all the work is done, unlike the chain stores where who knows who they contract their work to. Best of all, we were quoted only $ 90 and they did a beautiful job. Awesome framers!
