Honestly, the product at all Starbucks locations is the same right? The difference is the staff and service. It is excellent at this location. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. This is our go to spot for coffee in Pasadena. Enjoy!

I can’t remember the last time WiFi worked here. I end up having to Hotspot it every time. I called Google(they provide service for Starbucks) about it, and they basically said this Starbucks just sucks. Only reason I keep trying is this is the closest coffee shop to my house. About ready to give up, though

Really disappointed with this Starbucks. While the staff are nice, someone managing the place is incompetent. Don’t go here if you need to use their internet connection… Its Always out! My husband stopped going here to work because he said the wifi was always out, but that was over 5 months ago. After so long, I thought, surely, it would be working. Wrong. I had an online meeting I need to join and apparently their wifi was out once again and would«maybe be up by tonight.» Really? Is it that hard for an Internet café to provide a consistent wifi connection? Or put a sign up saying its down so I don’t go in, find a table, set up my computer, buy a drink and then get forced to leave right when my meeting is starting because I can’t connect. Lots of other coffee houses.

Around time I get to this, okay where do I start? I come here every other morning around 8am. I have never got any better service at any other Starbucks as good as this one. The morning staff is great. Love the greeting, the energy they have, unlike other Starbucks. Not saying which ones but this is probably the best one

It’s unlikely you will ever find real consistency in a corporate run coffee place. I’ve been to many of them and this is the only one that ever treat me well every time. I will add that when I arrive there early in the morning, I always give myself time because it can be cumbersome. While some need to hurry and get to work, I take the time to check emails, tweets, play games, etc. The drinks are always done correctly and they almost always get my name right without asking. The one aspect of waiting in line is that I do try to converse with the people working there. Friendly knowledgeable staff, will see y’all again soon. From what I’ve seen most people pay with their apps now, not using card nor cash. As a courtesy and tip, why not use the mobile app and pre order your drink. Your drink will be waiting for you when you get there. I am in no way affiliated with starbucks just so you know. I just like to find ways to improve life especially when a lot of the time, the wait is out of their control.

I only come to this Starbucks when I don’t have the patience to wait for the line at Half & Half next door =P I got a tall ice coffee with half & half + caramel. The coffee was waaaaaay too sweet. I think the cup probably only had 20% coffee in it, and the rest was ice + the creamer. I think I have to tell them to go light on the caramel syrup next time!

Sure — great parking but the service is AWFUL! 7:30 am but I have been waiting for over 20 minutes for 1 cup of coffee and there are so many people here and my cup is still 2 back. Go down Huntington a little bit– WAY better service!!! Stopped coming here because of service and tried it again this morning. Oh well — still waiting for my coffee!!!

the most friendly starbucks of all starbucks, they know how to satisfy the needs of their customers, especially the. wheelchair bound customers, and i would like to congratulate them, they position properly the table for their clients with special needs… they deserve more than 5 stars :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Some at the festival grounds gave me their Starbucks card for helping them prepare their breakfast ’cause they were so hung over, therefore, used it for a tea latte and a scone. I helped ’cause I wanted to, not ’cause I wanted some EDM kid who drank too much reward me but it was a sweet gesture. If you’re reading this I hope that your travels were safe. Customer service was good.

This is usually busy in the morning between 8 and 10 because when the parents drop off the kids to school, they pick up a Starbucks coffee for the road. This place is so convenient because it is at two major crossroads, Huntington and San Gabriel Boulevard. Also, it’s busy around 3, when the high school lets out. I enjoy this Starbucks because there is a B-mans and Subway restaurant right next door, so I can cover lunch and dinner at the same time. Because Hows Supermarket, and a new tenant has not moved in yet, there is plenty of parking for the stores at the west side.

This starbucks is in the plaza next to subway, b-man’s, and half and half. There is a lot of parking because the supermarket closed down. I was disappointed when the internet wasn’t working and they didn’t mention it to costumers. There’s a sign that says free wifi for a reason. I wish they could have warned us ahead of time so costumers can use the internet and have some coffee/tea. I thought it was shady because I saw many students sit down with their drinks and leave right after to go some place else for internet. They also ran out of my favorite emperor’s cloud and mist tea. I always ask for the teabag outside the cup because I don’t like to dip the tea for too long. The barista that took my order the first time was very nice and got my request right even though she was new. When I went back for a refill, the second barista was busy and kept telling me that she’ll be right there. I stood there for a good minute when I noticed they were just cleaning up or restocking on supplies. I wish they would have just helped me get my refill because it’s basically refilling hot water. Overall, I think I will drive a little further down to the starbucks in san marino for internet, tea, and better costumer service.

The Cheers of coffee chains! Everyone knows my name. Everyone is helpful and caring about their customers. Always cheerful, all smiles and jokes. It must be fun working for these people because it truly shows in the way they handle this location. I am humbled to have such 5 Star A+ treatments every single visit. New employees are even introduced to me so everyone knows everyone. This is the only Starbucks I enjoy going to, and it is NOT because of the coffee. If I could love a massive coffee shop chain location, this would be the one. Thanks, Everyone! For being such awesome people to be around, and handling my laundry list of complicated caffeine infused concoctions. Continue being amazing!

Starbucks does not serve up the best cup of jo by any measure but as much as everyone likes to give them a hard time, they have some of the best customer service, at least from my experience. I came in here the other day with a friend who ordered an iced coffee. The coffee was very bitter and my friend, who is not very confrontational, was debating whether to send it back. The Starbucks employee who was wiping down the counters must have overheard because he immediately asked if he could get us an iced Americano instead(because all the iced coffee is in one batch so it would still be bitter if we exchanged it). He offered all this with a smile and a happy-and-eager-to-help attitude, with not the slightest hint of annoyance. How freaking amazing is that???

A quaint Starbucks with cheerful baristas. Never had a messed up drink, and I’ve had a handful of client meetings there but it’s not large enough to hold large study groups. The lines are generally not very long, sometimes I can pick up a refill and be out the door in a minute or two… what more can you ask for?

Of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this was the only one where a barista remembered me and my order. So every morning when I used to go to this location, I was so thrilled! *I’m a legit customer now! HOORAY!* And then my awesome barista left. Either transferred locations, or left period. :(I never saw him again and I stopped coming to this location as often. This Starbucks is of decent size and there’s never a really long line. I don’t think I can complain about my orders since I normally will get a Pike… and I don’t know how you can go wrong with that. The baristas are all nice over here and even though I’m no longer a legitimate customer here, I see how wonderfully they treat all the other regulars. I’m a fan of this Starbucks location!
