The barista here was so sweet. Not sure what her name is unfortunately. When I order drip coffee I always ask for which ever flavor is the hottest because lately I’ve been getting served less than hot coffees in NYC which is maddening since it’ll stay drinkable only for 8 min or so. The girl here even offered to steam the half and half for me just to make sure it was hot enough. It wasn’t necessary but the fact she offered is what I liked. Usually I getting dirty looks when I ask if the coffee is extra hot. So this was a pleasant surprise.

I ordered an iced coffee with extra ice. Instead I get a watered down coffee with barely any ice AND extra grounds! Very poor quality and experience.

I wish I could give this kiosk zero stars. This is, by far, the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I try my best to give the benefit of the doubt, so I gave them a few chances. Most of the time, they are out of whatever I order. And then they are usually out of whatever I try to order as backup. They often don’t open on time(over an hour late), or close early, while people are in line, because employees didn’t show up to work. Expired espresso shots, which results in terrible tasting drinks. Told me they were out of coconut milk after I heard them have a conversation about how it was all the way in the back of the store and they didn’t «feel like going to get it.» I’ve officially boycotted this place.

After shopping at Target my friend and I felt like grabbing coffe. We ordered a latte and a caramel macchiato. As soon as we placed our order we realized there was only one girl at the store, taking orders and making the coffee. You can imagine what that looked like. All I’m going to say is that 25 min later I had the worst caramel macchiato in history. It tasted gross and didn’t even look like the drink. The girl offered to remake it after I confirmed with her she really tried to make me the drink I ordered but the truth is, after almost 30 min, a sip of that horrible drink and after looking at the line waiting to order I just decided to walk away. I felt sorry for the girl, it really seemed like she was struggling. Whoever manages that coffee shop, needs to make sure that enough personnel is available, especially on weekends.

Received a Starbucks gift card thought I’d grab a coffee as I picked up a few things at target. Boy, what a waste of $ 5.00! Where’s the coffee? A café latte should have some coffee right? Now I know why, the«barista» looked like she’d rather be somewhere else as she poured all that negativity into people’s cups. A poor girl ask for a cup of water and she snaps«you’ll have to wait in line» there were only two of us at the time. Bottom line, if your going to get someone a gift card, spend your hard earn money on something or somewhere else, anywhere is better than Starbucks.

Such a long wait. When I got to the counter to order my drink which was an espresso frappuccino light, they argued with me about what it was called and they said they didn’t have it. It’s a coffee frappuccino light with an extra shot.

I forget each time I come here that they have slow service and they never get my drink right. Hope they change things up at this location soon.

Starbucks has a solid brand. When you see the green Starbucks sign you know wherever you are it will have what you need to hit the spot. Customer service is usually consistent. Here at the target location in Pasadena it is ruining the brand. The three ladies working give the perception they do not care. The display case had multiple gnats on the food. When we asked they said«it’s the display case». That is not a sufficient health code answer. Sorely disappointed in the quality and the service.

It’s a small spot inside of target. It’s not as tidy as the other starbucks. People come in and out of here. I got a unsweetened ice tea. Nothing out of the ordinary. Tables need to be wiped though.

If I could give this Starbucks no stars I would. A family of fruit flies living in he pastry: sandwich glass case at a place that sells food is beyond unacceptable. The heavy set African American working at 3:00 on 2⁄19 was out of his mind. When I brought the fruit flies to his attention he brushed me off and said rudely«that’s the display case«and when l tried to tell him that it’s unappetizing and unhygienic he cut me off and said«what do you want?». I have already warned my coworkers about his place and will never go back !

Sure this place is a little small, a little slow, a bit messier than other Starbucks’…but keep in mind that this is a small scale Starbucks embedded into a Target. The baristas are friendly, the location is very convenient and most importantly it’s probably the only starbucks near downtown Pasadena where parking isn’t an absolute horror.

Can’t go wrong with Starbucks, especially when it’s open for Christmas! Street parking here is limited though($ 1.25 for 15 minutes). However, it’s good to note that parking is free before 7am.

I don’t usually like the Starbucks that are located in stores, airports, etc. This location is good. I don’t care for the blonde manager. Other than that it’s great. Monique is the best!

They had fruit flies all over their food. Dirty! Ordered caramel ribbon crunch and they failed to tell me they were out of the crunch until after they made my drink

Visit — 3÷20÷14 @ 6:45pm. Location — Starbucks inside the Pasadena target. Goal — redeeming free drink at Starbucks. Treat receipt for a free Grande refresher or iced tea. Ok I waited about a minute before someone even was at the counter. Then I ordered my drink. She said, um I don’t think we can take it if you didn’t get your drink here. Wtf? Back up — what is a treat receipt you ask? A treat receipt is generated when you buy a drink in the am and«get» a treat in the afternoon. I look at barista. Barista. well I’ll make an exception this time because I don’t think we can take this if the receipt wasn’t from here. I’ll have to ask my manager(then she circles my receipt’s information. But we’ll make your drink. What would you like? Wtf. Just because you’re not a bonfide Starbucks? You’re a starbucks inside of a Target and that makes you different? uh. SKIP. I’m never coming back here. Anyways drink was nasty. I barely tasted anything. watered down. Not gonna ask for a remake — because I’m not sure what she’ll do to my drink Yeah avoid this place. Head over to another spot or another starbucks down the street.

I’m a Starbucks fan, but this Starbucks needs to wipe down the counters, sweep the floor and have a little pride in how the place looks. 3 associates just standing around.

This is the first Target that I have been to that has been located at an indoor mall. I thought that would be a little weird when I first saw them building it. But considering that it was being built at the Eagle Rock Plaza, did it really matter anyways? I love this one though. It’s HUGE. I mean, I’ve been to a lot of big Targets, but usually all the sections are crammed together and mobs thrash the store and you just dont want to be there. This Target carries everything that the others do, but it just seems like there is more room There is definatley more parking. AND they have this cool little escalator for your cart. You just push it throw the swinging doors, step on to your escalator and watch as your items move right along with you. It’s so fun!

There are a few things you need to expect when dropping by a Starbucks in a Target: 1. Longer lines 2. Slower service It’s across the board, mainly due to under staffing. This Starbucks in a Target is no exception to that. BUT where they surpass the others is with decent customer service. They smile. They chit chat. They tell you politely that it will just be a few minutes as they are running between fighting the line and the register and the line waiting on drinks. For that, I saw props to you, Starbucks in a Target in Pasadena staff. Smile on. I dig it.
