I was a Mortgage Loan Officer for 6 years & assisted an amazing Realtor with Staging her listings. Two years ago, I opened my own Company «Staged to Sell by Richelle» & it has been thriving ever since. I indulge in my creativity and have an astounding talent. My Company has a substantial amount of Inventory, I am Insured in my Business and having a complete understanding of Real Estate transactions, I’m both time & cost effective.

I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 7 years. I am an Accredited Staging Professional and currently a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, Real Estate Staging Association, Pasadena/​Foothill Real Estate Board and Beverly Hills/​Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. I have been intrigued by Interior Decorating & Staging from as far back as a child of 8 years. My first Interior Decorating ideas & Staging aspirations started with mentally portraying arrangements of home furnishings with the items in my Mothers JC Penny & Sears catalogs. Over the years I have had the ability to cultivate my talent and creativity through my artistic and inspired experiences and opportunities while residing in New York, Virginia, Georgia, San Diego and finally 7 years ago falling in love and settling in this amazing complex City of culture and sophistication called Los Angeles.

Absolutely overjoyed with Richelle’s services. I contacted a few stagers to get an idea of what these services would cost. Richelle was the ONLY one who really took into consideration my budget and style. She didn’t force me to change my paint colors like the others were trying to do. Instead, she worked around what we already had & made it look AMAZING. She literally works round the clock to make it happen & she’s great at what she does! We listed our home on the market & within six days had 5 offers on it. Who says you can’t make such vibrant colors seem neutral?!

Richelle was wonderful to work with! I initially got a quote from another stager which was 3x the price /​budget we had to work with and was outrageous for a little 2 bedroom house. Richelle was great — so nice and upfront and worked with us. She sent us pictures of the pieces she was going to use so we could see them before they arrived. Plus our house was under contact –after the open house! Could not recommend her more!
