Source One Finance was established in September 2000 as a means of providing our clients with competitive interest rates and unparalleled service for their mortgage finance transactions. Shawn Howard and Kimberly Johnson have a combined 40 years of real estate lending experience. We are a broker licensed by The State of California Department of Real Estate License #1 381 177 /​NMLS #331 399. We are approved to transact business with over multiple mortgage lenders including, but not limited to, major national lending sources.

Our office is located in the historic Pasadena Highlands area of Northern Pasadena in a quaint 1920’s Pasadena Craftsman Bungalow that speaks to our small-​town style of service. Our trained staff are available at all times to answer your questions and guide you through the process of obtaining your home loan.
