History

Established in 2004.

Ive been happily living in Pasadena with my family since 1998. I had made several investments in Real estate before I got my Real Estate license in 2004 and started selling properties with Coldwell Banker for 9 years. I joined John Aaroe Group Brokerage in April of 2013.

Working with Shida was an amazing experience. Shida helped my wife and I purchase our first home in 2009. The experience with with Shida as our Realtor was nothing short of excellent. Her communication, follow through and execution were first rate the whole way thorough.
Being first time buyers, Shida took the time to educate us on the process; we never felt rushed. Shida was easy to get a hold of and was prompt in returning voicemails. Shida was accessible by email as well.
Shida made it fun and related to us though the process. She took the time to listen to our needs and ultimately led us to the area that we purchased in. We had never heard of it and never would have considered the city. However, Shida knew the surrounding area so well that she was a great help in finding our home.
Once in escrow our loan had a few issues. Shida was patient and never gave up on us. My experience with Shida helped me move forward with plans of my own to get started in Real Estate. I am now a full time Realtor and still keep in contact with Shida.
