History

Established in 1987.

The Law Office was started in 1987 by Rene Sandel. In 1990, the practice had grown enough that William Patterson joined the firm, leaving his position with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. The practice has been active in the Pasadena/​Houston area as well as surrounding Counties. A satellite office is in Yoakum, Texas and the firm actively represents clients in Counties located in the ‘Golden Crescent.’

While Rene Sandel handles matters in the office and online, William Patterson has earned a well deserved reputation as an honorable and excellent litigator.

Business Owner

William started his legal career as a Prosecutor for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, getting excellent training as a litigator. Since joining Sandel and Patterson, Attorneys, William has developed a terrific win/​loss record handling Child Custody cases, especially representing fathers! He, of course, handles all types of Family and Criminal cases, Personal Injury cases as well as most other legal matters effecting individuals. Upon request, after hours appointments can be scheduled.
