Um what the hell is with them picking up the phone and immediately hanging it up? I can hear people in the background in the short period of time the phone is between up and down. Are you stupid?

Worst locksmith of my entire life. Quoted me a certain price for coming out ($ 29 for service call, $ 10+ for labor depending on the type of lock) The guy took one look at my apartment building and neighborhood and told me it was going to be $ 120 to open my door, plus the charge of the service call (altogether $ 150). I asked why, and he said that he wasn’t going to be able to pick the lock so it was going to be a lot more difficult to open the door. It took him 1 minute to open the door from the inside with a silver rod, so actually it was a lot easier then picking the lock. He took advantage of a young girl needing to get into her apartment. When I wanted to report them to the Better Business Bureau, I found out that they have a rating of «F» which is exactly what they deserve. DO NOT USE THEM, you have been warned.

Needed to change out the locks on a new home. On the phone was quoted $ 35 for the service call, plus «starting around» $ 29 per lock. 5 locks changed, billed over $ 800. Undoubtedly, I should have asked for a more specific quote when the guy arrived, but I didn’t think I needed to, and I paid for it. On top of that, locksmith arrived about a half hour late. In terms of installing the locks, he did a decent job. Although he said it would take him an hour, and it took 3 hours. Would have given one star, but I suppose all the doors actually lock so the job wasn’t completely effed, just far more expensive than expected. If you use these people, get cost in writing beforehand. I learned my lesson.

Worst locksmith experience ever! When they arrived they were much higher than they quoted me on the phone. They sent two kids who were contradicting each other all over the place. Clearly they were trying to take me for everything I was worth but I was desperate to have the job done so allowed them to do the work. I had to go to work and when they finished the job they had me call in a credit card to the company which I did. Come to find out they failed to change one of the locks. I have called several times and they claim that there is no way the locksmith would have forgotten to change a lock and they only charged me for the locks they changed. This is a blatant lie. They refuse to come out and actually change the other lock unless I agree to pay them (AGAIN!) to change the lock. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
