Cloudia is the best! We were looking to replace all the windows in our house, and we got multiple quotes, Cloudia was the one that took her time to answer all the questions I had since I’ve never had my windows replaced before. They did not come out to be the cheapest but they were also not the most expensive quote I received, but for the quality and the service I got, it was definitely worth it. We got the Milgard Tuscany series window and it was night and day in comparison to my old windows, we no longer hear the dog barking and the house does not sink to frigid temperatures anymore. During the installation, the workers came in early to cover up all my floors and tented all my furniture so no dust would get on it. They even laid plastic all over my lawn so there was no mess to clean up after they were done.
Overall I would recommend Pristine Windows to anyone thinking of getting their windows replaced.

We live in a condominium not far from this business so based on that and all the good reviews I read, I decided get quote and meet with Cloudia. We only needed to have 3 windows and a patio sliding window replaced.
First of all, I was impressed with Cloudia’s professionalism, giving straight forward advise with a touch of warmth. My wife and her found shared experiences and we all got along right away.
The work was done in 1 day as estimated, almost to the exact time and even slightly earlier.
Their work crew were very courteous and responsible, covering all our mess with plastic sheet and cleaning up at the end.
Honestly, there were some smudge marks left on some walls, but they were hard to see and any contract work will always leave some mark that you know is there since you know your place better. Anyway, not hard to take a rag to it and clean. We had to wait a bit longer for the installation since winter holidays had interfered, but there was no hurry for us.
The price may be a bit more than others, but for the sake of convenience, professionalism (demonstrated by Cloudia and her workers), one day installation, business location, product quality (Milgard windows), and being this is our main residence, we decided to choose this business.
Our place is quieter, temperature is more constant than before, it all looks great, and we are very pleased!

I can’t believe how rude the lady who answered the phone at 2:40pm 1÷14÷2016 is. I was trying to inquire about some Fleetwood windows for my remodeling as I found they are the only dealer close by. She basically told me that was too expensive for me to consider that as I lived in a cheap place without asking what I need and what type of house it is for. It was very insulting.

I’d have to echo all the other Unilocalers — Cloudia is the best. She’s efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She was quick to respond to any questions I had.
The company came highly recommended by a friend (who used their West LA branch). She said she’d never worked with any other company that was hassle and headache free. True enough!
Working with Cloudia came as icing on the cake. The installation crew, led by Norman and JP, were equally awesome. Everyone was nice and very professional. They took care of everything and cleaned up well after themselves.

Reading the review, the consensus seems to be: everybody loves Cloudia. My experience with Cloudia: professional knowledge, reasonable price and excellent service. I chose this supplier at first because it was close to my work place. After the first meeting, I was very impressed and continued to work with Cloudia. Though I told her I wouldn’t need the windows until months later, she was willing to spend time to work on the quote. After months of going back-​and-​forth the specifications, I placed order with her. The unexpected happened: my installer, who has no experience with Fleetwood windows, said didn’t know how to install. Cloudia, upon my request, went to the site and talked to the installer to offer help.

Pristine Windows replaced the original doors and windows of our 1947 house with Fleetwood aluminum products. The new doors and windows are beautiful and have significantly reduced the noise. We anticipate an improvement in our electricity bill as well. Pristine, Cloudia and the installation team were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them.

My parents replaced all windows and 2 doors at their house. They are very pleased with the whole process from design selection to construction. They appreciate the good quality Milgard products, the much improved look and very importantly the way the Pristine Windows Team conducted the work. The crew protected the furniture, floor, and the bushes outside the windows. They removed all the debris. My mother said: «Not even a bit was left in the garden». Pristine Windows Team showed up on time, they were very professional and efficient. My parents couldn’t stop talking about the project. It’s like new toys.

Replaced front door, enlarged opening for living room window and installed new window, replaced sliding door with French doors.
From day 1 in the showroom until the final day of the job this company continued to impress us with their professionalism. They responded super quick to any phone calls or emails and always had answers to our questions. They took the time to cover floors and furniture before doing any work. We will definitely be calling them back for the next phase of our remodel.

Don’t waste your time with other companies. I did my homework for a month before deciding to go with Pristine — my grade is an A++. I just did your homework too.

Cloudia is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us to finish the project with limited amount money we have and took the time to make sure every detail is what we asked for. They finish the work on schedule as promised. Very happy with the new doors and windows i got. Overall a very excellent experience. The only thing is that I wish they could provide stain/​painting for doors. Would definitely recommend everyone contact them for window/​door!

Pristine Windows Pasadena has excellent customer service! They made window buying easy. They are professional, detail oriented, timely, and organized. They worked closely with me to make sure my windows were in-​line with all my condo association rules and regulations. They showed up on time to install the windows and kept things clean and tidy. The rep, Sajon, seemed friendly and knowledgeable when I first phoned to request an estimate for 15 Milgard Tuscany vinyl replacement windows. He said that he would take measurements within the next two days. At the end of the week, I phoned for an update and he said that he had not yet had time to measure. I explained that I have two other quotes and want to consider his. Upon hearing this, he said that he is too busy to give a quote. «I am running around doing a lot of quotes, and we won’t be competitive anyway. We focus on high-​end installations.» Excuse me. Oh well, apparently he doesn’t need the business.

My experience with Pristine Windows was great! Cloudia, my sales rep was a joy to work with. She is quite professional, not pushy and delivered on all she promised… and then some. Her pleasant personality and sense of humor made you feel that you were buying from a friend and not a sales person. Yet her attention to detail and covering all bases was keen and on point in every way. She even informed of and helped me with the rebate forms and paperwork. Their prices were the best, their delivery was as scheduled, and their installation crew was fast, neat, clean, and meticulous. Their four installers were professional and friendly as well. They installed four custom french doors, a window and a ledge in one day! I wish I knew about Pristine Windows & Cloudia a year before when I purchased and installed 13 casement Milgard windows with another company through Costco. It was not a good experience. Their prices were higher and their installation had many problems, and their delivery was delayed by 7 weeks. There is no comparison to the service I received with Pristine Windows. I have been renovating my 1927 Mediterranean home for 20 years — doing tons of work large and small with many contractors. I have to say that my experience with this company was one of the wisest, easiest, and best decisions a homeowner could hope for. They put the «custom» in customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great, problem free experience.

Why did I wait so long to replace our 50 year old windows in our mid-​century modern home? Pristine Windows is the place, non pushy sales, an owner with an aesthetic, good product selection, fast quote, the installation has been great with skilled employees who have been careful with the house and clean up. They did a great job of retrofitting our aluminum casement windows with same updated glass and materials. Already there is a difference — the outside noise is remarkably much quieter and the temperature nice and even. The brand we picked was Milgard and I can’t believe what the new windows have done in updating the house. Don’t wait, just do it and enjoy your home.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was completely satisfied with the information and turnaround time of the windows. The staff even help load my windows… and she was wearing high heels, now that’s customer service!
