Paseo Limousine Service

I have used this service for years and on some occasions they have forgotten to pick up. Happened again this morning. I am done!

We hired a stretch limo for a funeral. It was all disco lights inside and really uncomfortable for people to get in and out. The service was just fine, however the funeral director gave our driver some prayer booklets and memoriams. When he dropped us off the driver forgot to give them to us and none of us thought of it. We called them the next day when we discovered they were missing and the driver had already thrown them away. Shamefully unprofessional. Shameful.

This limo service is the best in the west. I’ve been feeling with them for the past 5 years and have yet to be disappointed! They topped it off this past weekend for my son bday party. keep up the good work see you next month for my bday!

This limo company is so reliable and affordable! My friends and I recently used it for prom services and the limo driver was stellar! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend

May 16, 2015 for all those people especially moms who are WORRIED FREAKS like myself, Chris is absolutely wonderful. Poor guy, I called about 20 times from the time I booked to the day of my daughter’s prom. I just called to reassure the limo would come on time. Chris was so understanding and cautious from the very start. The day of the prom, the driver was Gus who called before arrival and showed up right on time. He was dressed very nicely, almost as nice as his personality. On the way back home, one of our kids caused damage to the limo but Gus dealt with the situation very professionally. I am very glad I chose Paseo Limo. Most definitely coming back to these guys if I ever need a limo again!

January 15, 2015, my wife and I celebrated our 15^th wedding anniversary. Our driver, Chris, showed up at our home RIGHT at 4:45 PM just as the clock on my cell turned. That gave me a great 1^st impression of how our evening would go. When I saw our ride for the evening, that showed me right there and then, I CHOSE THE RIGHT company for this special night. Paseo Limo just made me a loyal customer, Chris, thank you for your world class service.

Had a great time with Paseo Limo service. The driver was on time and friendly. We had the limo bouncing with some great music in the back. We got to our destination on time, and even made it very affordable to buy some extra time! Thank you Paseo for being a huge part of the fun last night!

Great service! Recommend. We had a birthday for my boyfriend with 30 of our friends and everyone enjoy it. They were on time to pick us up to take us to the club and they were on time when it was time to leave. The only issue we had was that the driver was driving way to fast that we spilled out our drinks and we had to ask to slow down. But other than that I’m gland we used their service.

We booked with Chris last minute for a Saturday. This was for 9 kids and a special day for my daughter. Clean, professional, on time and priced well. He was recommended by a friend of mine. I was nervous because of some reviews on this site but I trusted the referral.
Everything worked out perfect. Very happy with the service. Will use again and highly recommend.

This has been my 2^nd bus I’ve rented from them. My experience with them was so amazing! They offer great drivers nice and friendly. Nice buses. Great prices. And great customer service! Thanks again paseo limosine. All the guest loved the bus service that we are getting another bus!

No complaints! Affordable. good communication with Chris. the bus was on time and had no problem with doing a little extra to make the birthday surprise for my boyfriend perfect. The driver was wonderful, very nice man. cannot remember his name though. our experience was amaizing. will def be using services again :)

Tried to give it zero stars. This place is trash! They call when they need you and ignore you when they don’t. Called to follow up on a reservation I made two weeks in advance before the actual date and the guy (Chris) asked if we made reservations, I said yes, he said he’d call me right back. Now his phone is straight to vm with a full mailbox. Never answered a single question and had the nerve to sound agitated. Not sure this place is even legitimate. I haven’t had my event but I’m going to cancel this reservation as soon as I’m done with this review to demand a refund on my deposit, Contact the Better Business Bureau if they refuse, and demand some justice. I won’t take the chance that this place, or guy, does not show up or does anything else to ruin my plans. Please find someone else. Seriously.

This is a horrible company. Don’t EVER use their service. We hired them for a dual birthday celebration to San Diego. I should’ve known from the very beginning because right after they took the payment I never heard back from Chris (the person I was dealing with for the limo service). I had to call the day before to confirm whether the reservation for the bus was still on. On the day of, 15 minutes into the bus ride, the bus broke down on us. We had to stop at a parking lot in Seal Beach while the driver called Chris. We spent 2 ½ hours at the parking lot with no help in sight. We tried contacting Chris and he just kept hanging up on us. He wouldn’t even answer the driver’s call. We didn’t have a ride back to our pick up spot so everyone had to take cabs back. We basically lost money because of the cab fares for 8 cabs that the company refused to reimburse us on AND they had the nerve to withhold my deposit. It’s a terrible company. they have NO BUSINESS being in the business. Whoever is recommending this company must either be getting paid by the company or is related to someone that works there or owns it because it’s a sham. I’ve reached out to the company several times and even sent a formal complaint and no response. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE… EVER!!!

We had the best time. Got an Escalde limo for 18 on NYSE with two days notice. The price was amazing, service was great. Chris was so helpful ans communicated clearly. The driver was easy going and got us everywhere on time. I highly recommend this company ! Thanks for the best NYE !!!

I have used this Limo Company several times already. I rented a party bus from Paseo Limo Service for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and can’t say enough great things about the service! The bus showed up on time and was clean. A lot of times, there is always something broken or not working the way it should, but not this one. The best part was our driver, Chris. He was prompt, polite and by the end of the night we were all hugging him. His professionalism and patience with a bus full of rowdy people was very much appreciated! Also, I have used Paseo and got 2 Limos for my daughter’s Prom, The kids had a Blast… Paseo had it fully stocked w/​Soda and chips… Another time, I had a Party Bus for my Birthday. The driver took us all the way to the Morongo Casino and back… Now that was a night to remember! Thank you Paseo… =)

Had a limo for my friends birthday on sunday, his the service was the best. The driver was on time and knew his way around town, he made sure my party was well taken care of!

Wow!!! They have a good servie! I got a Party Bus for my birthday and they were on time and the best service ever!!!

This was the absolute worst limo experience ever. The manager would not accept our payment, claiming that the deal was that we would pay in cash, which was merely the first lie of the night. After we had THOUGHT everything was settled out, we went to our location without a problem. At the end of the night, however, the driver said that he would not transport us until he received $ 900 CASH. After countless phone calls and being yelled at outright by the manager, my parents payed the money. Did I mention that the driver was instructed to take us, 22 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, to his house to probably yell at us more? Did I also mention that his house was an hour out of our way? Needless to say, neither I nor anyone I know will ever use this horrible company again.
In short, my advice is to save yourself the headache that will without a doubt come with doing business with them.
