Prices are higher than I’ve seen at other auto outlets… no service until I walked into the showroom. eeehhh… not sold on getting any cars here

Went in and saw a vehicle I liked. Did not care for the general manager. Used profanity and was yelling while on his cell phone while on the sales floor. We left. Called back and negotiated an offer with a sales man, then agreed with a manager. Got in the car to go purchase and on the way the general manager called to say he won’t honor the price I was just given. Poor customer service and poor business ethics. Poor communication and poor sales man ship for people spending the amount they are on a vehicle.

Did not know about this place until I came to Unilocal.The reviews really helped me decide if this was a worthy place to check out. We decided to visit this dealer after checking out Unilocal and their website. They had a car we were interested in. After visiting their website I found out they were part of the Rusnak chain of dealers. Knowing of their affiliation put my mind at ease that it was not some fly by night dealership.
Well, my husband sent an online inquiry to Pasadena Auto Outlet and shortly thereafter, we received a call from Michael. We told him we would be visiting that day. We arrived and found that they had a selection of vehicles with a majority of them luxury vehicles. Michael was not pushy at all and provided us with info about the different cars I looked at. To make a long story short, we ended up buying the car we test drove.
The service we received from everyone there was great and not at all cheesy. They were very professional and we got the VIP treatment with many touches you would not find at just any plain old dealer. Although we didn’t buy a luxury vehicle, the vehicle we purchased was in excellent condition, lower in miles and felt like we were in a high end dealership. Our salesperson Micheal showed us both the Car Fax and Auto Check which he said is policy of Rusnak to provide both documents as many other dealerships only show only the Car Fax.
According to our salesman, Pasadena Auto Outlet has only been at this site 2 years and the majority of their cars come from their other Rusnak lots which are lease returns and trade-​ins. He said they only keep the cars that meet Rusnak’s high expectations. Our salesperson also said they base their pricing on wholesale rates and not retail rates. I totally recommend this place if you want hassle-​free car buying. However, if you want to play games with your salesperson, visit another dealer. Here, it’s straightforward and a positive car buying experience.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2008 Audi Turbo. A 23 year old girl purchasing a car without daddy to help and protect her. My dad was afraid I was going to get pushed into a bad deal, but I was very proud to say I left Pasadena Auto Outlet happy and with a car I love.
The guys at Pasadena Auto Outlet tried at first to persuade me into a mustang or a soccer mom car. At first they told me, I couldnt afford an Audi. Hahaha…
I decided I would leave the dealership and wait till I could afford an Audi, because that was the only car I wanted, besides a Corvette, ofcourse!
But right before I was about to give up and leave the dealership, in my old beat up convertable mustang I had for about 4 years…
The manager, told my guy, Jay, to give me a test drive in a sexy-​white-​Audi-​A4, he took me on the freeway on a speedy lil cruise to show me the paddle shifters. It was awesome, the car had black leather seats, clean interior, loud sound system, silent sound as it drove the road!
I was able to purchase this car, at an affordable monthly rate. Interest rate a lil-​high, but I am a college student with student loans– yikes!
I am very happy and highly reccomend.
What I love the most about this guys is that before I purchased my riide, they warned me about the highly expensive maintanence this Audi requires, I am finding now they are right, and may have-​should have– listened to them, because this is Audi– requires alot of maintanence!
But hey, if i ever want a new ride-i’ll go back to them and try to get the Corvette of my dreams.

I found the people at Pasadena Auto Outlet to be very nice to deal with. I am credit challenged and they we able to get me a great vehicle at a very fair price. The interest rate was considerably lower than the other dealers and a at a very reasonable interest rate. The lower interest rate made it possible for me to get the payment I had to have.
I was really impressed with the quality of their cars. They seem to have something for everyone.
I would feel very comfortable bringing friends and family to this dealership.

Went at six pm to look at a vehicle and they were very patient. I ended up leaving without a vehicle and came back the next day. I spent another three hours there and as I was talking to another customer they sold the vehicle to someone else. They said I had priority since I was first but when it came down to it they will back door you. Even once they sold it, they didn’t come out to tell me when the walked past me. Like all dealerships they are there to make the most money and didn’t care about me.
They were willing to work with me, I’ll give them that. Keith, Dave, Oscar were great guys to talk to. Another salesman sold it behind my back.
I recommend going during the week when less people are there so this doesn’t happen to you. Good luck with this place.

I researched the car I wanted and found it online at a dealership near my home. Due to illness I have some serious credit issues and because of it I had already been through the runaround with two other (non-​reputable, it turned out) dealers who did nothing but try to sell me a car I didn’t want at an inflated price.
So thinking I was basically out of luck and destined to drive my old car a while longer I figured it couldn’t hurt to just call Pasadena Auto Outlet and stop by ’cause the worst they could do was say no. Much to my surprise, from the minute I walked in I was treated with respect, not like a second-​class citizen with bad credit, just a girl with health issues and a desire to rebuild her credit.
Michael P (salesman/​finance) was kind and worked hard for me, and Keith (general manager) worked his magic to secure me the best interest rate/​financing he could find. Four hours later I had the car I wanted at below blue book value price. They made sure payments were well within my budget and didn’t give me a hard sell on any unnecessary extras.
All of the cars on the lot are in absolutely great shape (like new!) and I’d recommend this company to anyone, anytime.

I have never shopped for a USED car. I have every 3 to 4 years bought a NEW car. This time was different I was committed to buying a used car (Porsche)
I shopped the market place a found the Rusnick car dealers to have competitive pricing compared to the small independent car sellers in Los Angles and Venture County’s. I settled Rusnick Auto Gallery in Pasadena.
I found the car I liked and noticed it was already reduced in price from previous price point because it had been on the market a long time, this told me Rusnick was not arbitrary with car pricing and were sensitive to the used car sales market. I did not have to tell them about how long it’s on the market. They reduced the price in advance. Not to get a reputation of taking advantage of a less informed buyer.
When I cam to the store and made my LOW offer I was treated with respect. However, they rejected that and offered to meet me ½ way on my LOW offer. They got out the CAR FAX even before I had a chance to ask for it. Both the Keeth General Manager and my sales rep worked directly with me to fit the used care in my budget. The offer I received on my triad-​in was higher then most others and vary reasonable. My old car had 120k miles and was more then 8 yeas old they gave me 12k I was happy. Some dealers wold never take such a high miles car. They asked me to forfeit the certified warranty on the car in order to lower the price, and i agreed.
After the deal was completed the general manger told me to «make a list «of anything I wanted fixed or updated on my used care I did he agreed to 6 or my 7 things on the list and sent the car off to get it done. The rattle on the arm rest was fixed and and other similar stuff.
To my amazement they did a FULL in and out Deteal on the car.
Then if that was not enough they gave me at NO ADDITIONAL Cost a Porsche 100k certified warranty !!! :) OMG !!! That is why I am spending the time here to tell ALL

I was dreading the process of endless car salesmen on my road to finding the perfect car for my daughter after she totaled her first one. On a Saturday morning with limited time and money my daughter suggested Pasadena Auto Outlet. We were greeted with smiling faces and within moments Keith had worked out the situation, how to please Mom Dad and teen driver with one car to cover all opinions. Within half an hour of walking in we had made a deal and, there was NONE of that pushy dull
«I have just the car for you» then showing something similar with 200,0000 miles on the clock! Keith and David knew their cars, their stock and their history.
They worked to our budget, not ever suggesting a car that was out of the price range. I even had a call telling me that the car, with a new set of tires, was ready early for pick up.
I would totally and without restriction advise anybody looking for a used car to make this your first stop, and I am certain it will be your last. We can all do our research on the Internet, so by the time we make it to the lot we all have an idea of what car and what price we want to spend so let Pasadena Auto outlet do all the rest for you.
I can hardly still comprehend the idea of purchasing a car being a fun positive experience.

Purchasing a car can be a lengthy stressful time with so many options and possibilities, I was not looking forward to it, after a couple of days research and armed with info i headed first to a dealer in Alhambra with the type of car I wanted, just as expected the salesman gave me the blurb and showed me a car out of my price range and not meeting my specs, by chance I headed to Pasadena Auto Outlet having been encouraged by a friend, OMG I should have started there.
the sales people actually listened to ME, found me a car out the back that had not yet been cleaned, it was perfect, mileage model and color, although this may have been luck, i feel totally confident that they would not have pushed me into anything I did not want, we worked out a price quickly without lots of back and forth counter offers, there was no need Keith Seals’ offer was a fair price, he respected our budget and our time he replaced anything that showed on the report that he could and he had the car ready to go in record time allowing my husband to fit in a round of golf.
Pasadena Auto Outlet is run and staffed by real people who know what it is like to be hassled and they made my car purchase a pleasure!

I recently went with my mom to Pasadena Outlet and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Internet Manager Steve Hess. Steve took what was a gloomy situation and made it all work out. I recently traded in my 2008 Nissan Maxima with the Pasadena Auto Outlet and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. My salesman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and not pushy in any way. Once I had selected my car, they appraised my trade-​in and gave me $ 2k more than I was expecting. The finance department took their time in explaining different warranties and coverages that I could buy and didn’t push me toward one product or another. Throughout the sales, I felt that I was being educated and informed, but wasn’t pushed toward one particular car/​product/​service. Okay, the only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because my standards are very high.
I feel that I was given a fair price at Pasadena Auto Outlet. I looked far and wide on the internet and the phone. I called and asked for sales, talked to David, and told him that I was interested in a 2011 Toyota Sienna limited that I found on KBB. He confirmed that the car was still there. I told him what I was willing to pay, he countered once with their bottom line, and we reached the agreement in 5 minutes. I was out of town at the time and they were very kind store the car until I got back in town and was able to pick it up.
Right after I got off the phone with David, another dealer that I had been talking to called me. He sad that he would beat the price to earn my business. I told him what I bought the car for and he said, «I can’t beat that. Congratulations» That kind of validation makes you feel good after you buy a car.
I am happy with my purchase, as happy as you can be buying a Minivan anyway. But this is a Lexus inside.
I appreciate the candor at Pasadena Auto Outlet, I did not feel pressured at any time. I have bought many vehicles before, at dealerships. When I look for my next car I will defiantly look here and give them a chance to have my business again.

Actually, I went to buy a pre-​owned car from another dealer shop in Pasadena. I couldn’t make it. The sales is very amateurishly and chilly over there, because I am the first time buyer. Any way, I will leave another professional review for them.
OK, I stop by Pasadena Auto Outlet after left the previous dealer. There are so many cars park in the yard, most models are luxury cars, but it was really huge and quiet. We are the only customer at that moment. It was good because we got chance to try several different car. The sales is not very professional but nice. He tried hard to sell me a car and help me to find the best rate for finance my Lexus. Please do remember, ask the sales manager to try more if you cannot get a better rate. I had almost left there because the give me the rate as 9.99% at the beginning, that is ridiculous. I signed the contact after they give me a much better rate and a little bit discounts. Be honest, I am really not good at negotiating prices, but you should try your best if you are good at it.
Free tips, they will try to sell you an extend warranty as original price when you finance the car, but you will get a discount price if you said no first. I am not angry with this at all, I can understand the Sales Approach.
On the whole, this dealer has plenty inventory and professional. I get my car in an affordable price. All the stuff are nice over there. At least, I will introduce my friends stop by here first if they want to buy a pre-​owned car.
BTW, I just checked another dealer which I left first, they got two star only on the Unilocal.HAHAHAHA!
