I like this place a lot. Some time ago my carpet was damaged due to apartment flooding. I had to find a place that would hand-​wash my carpet. Norbert’s Rug Gallery offered a very professional service for a reasonable price, and my carpet came back as entirely new. Very happy with their service.

Norberts Rug Gallery in Pasadena is a great place to purchase a new, previously owned or antique Persian rug. They have a great selection and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the rugs they sell. This is not your typical Persian rug store — no hard sell, no sleazy sales tactics. They stand behind their rugs and they want their customers to be happy with their purchases. They will bring rugs out to your home so you can see how it works with your furniture. Norbert, Sam, Berj and Alfredo are really nice guys. Berj does beautiful hand repair work on damaged rugs.
