N2 Graphics specializes in Large Format Giclee prints for Presentations on Photo Paper or Vinyl up to 5-​Feet x 10-​Feet, and Art Reproduction on Canvas and Archival Paper.

Since we reproduce — «Old Art Work» — our customers wanted more! Now we also transfer Video Tapes, Movie Film, Cassettes, 8-​Tracks and Vinyl Records onto CD/​DVD.

N2 Graphics is a service bureau open to the public. We will gladly answer ANY question you may have. After 16 years and 32,000 transactions we have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau.

We are the only Digital Print Center in Pasadena, Calif. to do ALL work in-​house. There is no need to send out work. We do the work — We maintain the quality.

Please be aware that we are NOT A COPY/​PRINT STORE. We don’t do color copies, or printing jobs. We DO Photography for Artwork, Weddings, and Events.

History

Established in 1996.

N2 Graphics was started by people with only one thing in mind. The ultimate in quality at a fair price. N2 Graphics does not believe in ever being to busy to talk to you. We realize that clientele is everything.

The production manager /​owner has over 30 years experience in the digital reproduction environment. It was always our goal to have the BEST equipment so we could give the client the BEST quality. Quickly, Reliably, Consistently. The first time, every time.

Meet the Manager

Albert G.

Manager

How can we describe Albert? Old enough to know that consistent quality is always the best answer. He has always been involved in either teaching or as a technician in the print field.

Hobbies? LOTS! Digital Photography /​AstroPhotography, and Computers. He is a 3rd Generation motorcyclist and attended college towards a degree in Commercial Aviation.

Now Albert is firmly trapped in the world of High Tech. You can meet him at the office usually since he will always keep a — Hands On Approach — to running N2 Graphics.

One who seems to never get enough. Albert is now teaching PhotoShop at PCC! Look up 245A/​B and you can get all of his tricks for free. Well, almost anyway.

Went here for passport photo during lunch. Took only minutes. They use high end DSLR to take photos and give you quick preview of photo. Price was $ 14.00 (you get two photos passport size) at time of this review.
I previously tried to get passport photo at Fed-​ex store a few blocks away on Colorado. They used inferior cheap camera and my passport was rejected because photo was too dark. It was also more expensive at Fed-​Ex.
I will refer my friends to N2 for future passport photos. Great photo, quick, easy process.

It’s no wonder this place gets horrible reviews. Bad service (accusatory!) and the quality is that of a one hour photo but with a photographer’s price tag.

My experience was ok. I called to make an appointment for a passport photos. When I got there the door was locked, but the employee soon opened and said they were having problems with the lights and printers. I waited for 10 – 15 minutes for everything to get resolved. After the photos were taken there was a problem with cutting the photos. So overall it seemed it was just an off day. The photos were good, much better than CVS or Target. I would probably recommend this place to others. Just make an appointment, it isn’t hard.

Not the greatest customer service. Was told I have to make an appointment for passport photo. Fair enough, but also seems ridiculous. Will end up stopping at Costco for this service.

Rude service and expensive pricing. The worker acted as of we needed an appointment to take a passport photo on a Friday afternoon. He acted as if he was gracious enough to take 5 minutes out of his day to serve paying customers. He was extremely unprofessional and took the photo without warning and refusing to take another. This would have taken 30 seconds at most. When we asked to retake it he said «it’s a passport photo, not a headshot» when if it’s going in our passports for the next 10 years, it should look decent. On top of that he tried to talk about why his business was bad when it was obviously the lack of service or care. It cost 14 dollars for two terrible passport photos when we should have just gone to another place that didn’t treat us as a burden for the 5 minutes we were there.

I have no complains about the service because… there was no service. I went to this shop for a passport picture, it was 5:31pm on Saturday and the lights were on, a guy was inside talking at the phone. The door was closed, no sign outside with the hours, but Unilocal says the shop should be open until 6pm, so I knocked at the door. The guy barely looked at me, and continued talking at the phone. I knocked again to let him know that according to Unilocal the shop should be open. He made a gesture asking to leave and kept talking over the phone. I found it quite rude. I’ll not come back.

Great home-​town business. Al and his staff are fantastic. They treat you like you are their most important client every time and do an excellent job on any project. We are very happy with our wedding photo on canvas they made for us. It was a panoramic shot so it was an unusual size. They helped us select the right size to get the proportions correct and made great recommendations. We will use this company time and time again and recommend you check them out. Great work guys!

My mother and I went here to get a whole bunch of VHS home videos and other old tapes converted to DVDs. They turned out well, except a couple of the tapes couldn’t be converted-​I think they were the small kinds used in camcorders or something. But since they couldn’t convert them, the guy just canceled the charges for them on my credit card. They are honest about their work. :)
I also needed to get passport photos taken and the guy here waived the fee for that since I also brought the bag of tapes that needed to be converted. They do take it more properly than at the cheaper places like CVS, but may not be worth the cost if you’re not that picky about how your photo comes out.
One thing that was confusing was we never got a phone call about when our tapes were finished being converted. It may have been almost 2 weeks when we decided to call them about it.

I had good experiences here 1) getting my passport photo taken and 2) getting some custom t-​shirts printed for my team at work. They were particularly helpful in discussing options, layout, and costs on the t-​shirt project and they got them printed really quickly.
It’s definitely not a fancy shop but they offer solid service. I also noticed both times that I was there that they are patient with some of the difficult customers that come in there not knowing what they want.

I’m not sure this was totally fair, although I swear I saw a big sign on their window that said, «Copies.» So, I’ve changed the rating to make it better. Just know that this is a large-​format graphics shop, not a copy store.

Just like the last guy, except walk in, walk out, nothing done.
Scenario: Man enters print shop.
Me: Hi, Can I get a copy of this check, please?
Clerk: No, sorry, we don’t copy checks.
Me: (in a hurry) It’s got my name and license on it. I’ll show you my drivers license, too.
Clerk: No, sorry, it’s against the law.
Me: (staring at a copy machine) I’ll give you a dollar or two just for one copy.
Clerk: I just can’t do it. Good luck.
I’d rather they just be truthful. I got my copy at another shop a few blocks down but wasted time.
Bottom line: They don’t mess with small potatoes and are only there for the big jobs. If you’ve got something small they don’t want to see your face. So the next time I’ve got something big, I guess I won’t show them my face, either!
