First time visit, I took my cat for a grooming. My cat was too nervous in the carrier and poo inside right before we arrived the store. The reception is very nice and friendly, they are totally fine and take care of it! I’m satisfied with their service and extra care they provided. They even make a ‘thank you’ card with my cats photo on it! What an amazing service! This tells me they care about every customer goes to their store. I would definitely go back again.

Christina knows her dog food! Recommended a great brand… Over the years tried different flavors. Our dog was allergic to either the protein in a new flavor or the other ingredients. She knew right off the bat what I should try. Very knowledgeable about the food there. Another person there also helped (didn’t get her name) but she also was knowledgeable about the food. Beats going to the big stores and wondering if they know what they’re talking about. Went to a Pet Company before to let the baby have fun watching the fish. Asked an associate for recommendations for a dog with a food allergy. She said it was likely due to a chicken allergy. There’s no chicken in the food I had for our dog. I’ll always go back to my pet garden. Awesome service and they know what they are selling.

We had our cat groomed here. They did a very quick and great job. They gave us a little goodie bag with coupons and treats because it was our first time. First time also received a discount. Without the discounted price it is a little on the expensive side. Which would make me look elsewhere first.

After having a terrible experience with persmart grooming department because they said my 5 pound dog was to nervious which is to be expected since hes a rescue dog (see my review on them for more info in pasadena will never go there again infact buying my dog food from these guys as well, no longer supporting petsmart) i decided to try this place out cause of the awesome reviews. So i called them and explained to them my experience with petsmart and that he was a nervious little dog. They said sure we will take him but would charge a 15 dollar fee if he nips or bites the groomer. Which is fine so i agreed and dropped my wifes dog drake off and sure enough he was super nervious. They took him no problem and off i went. Called back later to check up on him the gal told me he was super nervious at first but warmed up to the groomer melissa and was doing great! Mind you every single exchange of words and interaction with the people working here was non stop politeness and excitement to take my business! Boy what a breath of fresh air being treated like A valuable customer! And it was my first time here! Love this place and as long as they keep treating there customers like this they earned a life long customer and all of my business. Do your self a favor and bring your pet here! Buy your food from here as well. I was looking threw There selection of dog food is the best dog food and most nutritious healthiest stuff u can buy. THEY EVEN ATTACHED A LITTLE BANDANA TO MY WIFES LITTLE DOG!!! Haha! My kids and wife loved it!!! I walked away feeling good and feeling my dog was well takin care of… And they did a great job on the grooming as well! PRICE WAS ONLY 5 BUCKS MORE THAN PETSMART!!! And didnt charge me the 15 cause they said my dog warmed up to melissa… You cannot beat this place they WILL take care of you and your pet!

This little store has absolutely everything. Big shop with all kinds of things for your dog or cat. Really love the whole set up, very boutique like. I feed my dogs a raw diet so I go here to get their goat milk and primal frozen food when I don’t have time to prepare their meals. If you’re looking to get your dogs some stuff that nobody else can find and you can lie to their face and say «I don’t remember where I got it» just to keep it a secret, this is the place. It’s a dog owner wonderland.
Only reason four stars is the daycare set up is adorable but it says «fully staffed». Staff was just in a side room on the computer really. Dogs got in fight and he kinda rolled his eyes and dealt with the situation in a very annoyed manner.

Great customer service and stuff is very friendly. This is our first time in this store! But I’m disappointed on my dog bruno’s grooming. He is a 2 years old, shihtzu. I had him shaved because the groomers said that he has a lot of knots and tangles. However, after we picked him up from the groomers. He constantly itching non stop. And he had few red itchy spots on his body more like it is getting worst. I’m about to bring my dog to vet and have that red spots check… I suggest that you should sanitize your grooming tools really well. I had him shaved last year and he never had any red spots or itchyness. Not coming back to this store!!! It will cost me now just bringing him to vet.

I would have given them 10 stars if I could! My pet garden is amazing! The product, the day care, the friendly and knowledgable staff and the owner is absolutely wonderful. We not only buy all of our pet supplies here, but we also use their grooming, day care and boarding services. There’s always a person inside with the dogs to keep an eye on them and a camera in case you ever want to peak in during the day! My boyfriend and I have never had one bad experience here and doubt that we will ever. Everyone is so nice and informed! Thank you for this wonderful store! You have two life long customers!

After my first visit, I’m a big fan! They were super helpful and understanding with my newly adopted Yorkie, Cody. They went out of their way to explain the process, give me discounts and even recommend training services. And they gave my pup a super cute haircut! I will definitely be back again.

I’ve been bringing Macy (my pomeranian mix) to My Pet Garden for about 6 months. Macy loves them! They are so kind to her and always return her well groomed! I am so happy to have found them. Thank you My Pet Garden

Finally found a place I love and can trust with my precious four-​legged child! My pup isn’t a fan of the groomers, but I could really tell he had a great time here. I made a same-​day appointment on a Saturday and the staff member I talked to was so pleasant and accommodating despite their busy schedule. When I picked my dog up, he smelled like a baby, was so cuddly and soft, and looked absolutely handsome with the cute bandana they put on him! He loved it and didn’t even try to take it off (he wore it for almost two weeks). I also have to give them credit for their excellent client retention strategy because I was thrilled when I received a thank you card with my pup’s picture in the mail a few weeks after our visit. Great personal touch to excellent service. This puppy momma is very happy!

I am so glad I found this place. My little cupcake needed a good haircut and they did an excellent job! I asked to have it short but not too short. I think next time I’ll even ask for it to be a bit longer. If you want them to touch the face and tail, let them know!

Super nice staff!! I called to inquire about «home grooming» she said they do offer the service, but it’s a «specialty» service and they don’t do it often. Im glad it’s something that is available! She was very helpful and didn’t sound rude or «inconvenienced» at all. I hate when I call places and they have an attitude or they seem rushed and they don’t like to answer questions! Thank you

I am so happy to have found My Pet Garden to take my white Persian cat to! My cat is very easy going and is very friendly but the last place I took him to was horrible and always returned him in an exhausted and terrified mood. My cat would pass out in the car ride home and once he’s home. He goes into hiding mode. But after taking him to My Pet Garden, my cat comes back home happy, well rested and of course, very well groomed. He was even purring on the way home!
Not only does My Pet Garden treat my cat well, they even sent us a personalized letter with a picture of my cat!

I’m updating my review because I’m sitting at home with my dog thinking about how great My Pet Garden is. When I drop off my dog for daycare, it feels like I’m dropping him off with family and friends. He is very well taken care of. I don’t know how they’re able to charge the low prices that they do for daycare. The benefits hugely outweigh the cost here and I’m just waiting for the day that they raise their prices. I wouldn’t be surprised and I wouldn’t be disappointed either.

This is the only place I will take my Lady Bird for boarding and grooming. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I also love that they have a live webcam for viewing your dog during boarding.

My dog is for some reason, extremely traumatized whenever she has to get any type of grooming done. Nails, trim, you name it. She is a rescue, so maybe she had a severely negative experience sometime in her past??? :(
In any case, this lovely place trimmed her face, nails, and butt for only $ 20! My dramatic dog wailed in misery the whole time, but the groomer still did a lovely job. Now that my dog’s face trim has grown out, she looks like a teddy bear!

We come here to get our dog groomed. The first time they offer a pretty good discount, so we thought we’d try it. We typically ask groomers to shave our dog down evenly across his body (this means face and tail). About 99% of the time, they leave his face super shaggy and his tail looking like they did nothing with it.
Here, they take your specifications and run with it. I was so happy after I saw our dog get groomed and he’s never looked better! This place is definitely my go-​to now even if they are slightly more pricey than we’ve been used to.

I had previously reviewed their grooming services – still 5 stars from me! This time I would like to review their adoption service! My husband and I were heartbroken over the recent loss of our younger doggy, Simon. We were quick to want to adopt again. My husband initially wanted to check out adoptions via MPG first, but due to proximity, we checked out the animal shelter first. At the shelter, we were unable to interact with the dog we were interested in and were told that if we place a hold on a dog, the dog will be neutered right before pick-​up. How can I decide to take home a family member without spending time with him first?! We passed.
Peter asked me to call MPG to ask if there were any dogs up for adoption. Lanie answered the phone and asked me what I’m looking for. Upon my answer, she quickly told me there was 1 dog who fit my description. Peter and I quickly made a trip out. We met Dottie, played with her a little bit in the store, & Lanie welcomed us to take little Dottie for a quick walk. The short, but quality time we were able to spend with Dottie was enough for her to steal our hearts away! We put in an application and thought we’d have to wait a couple of days for a response. ‘Twas a pleasant surprise that we were approved in 2 HOURS!
Thank you, MPG for taking care of Dottie for the year she spent with you awaiting adoption. She is the most perfect little girl. We can’t wait to bring her back for grooming ;)

I’ve been bringing my two dogs here, Izzy and Minnie, for several months now. We switched from the groomers at Petsmart. Izzy and Minnie always arrived at their previous groomer fearfully and were eager to leave. At My Pet Garden, it’s been a completely different story.
Izzy and Minnie are excited to come here, and the employees remember them by name! It’s clear that everyone who works here loves their job AND pets. After each grooming, Minnie and Izzy get bandanas to wear home; I think they’ve collected all the cute patterns.
There are always sweet pets for adoption! They also offer interesting pet foods and cute toys. It’s a small place, but they sell quite a variety. With all the love from the staff, I’ll keep coming back again and again. My dogs love it!
