Really disappointedI left a voicemail asking to schedule an appointment for my grandma on Friday, June 12th. The greeting message indicated lunch from 12 – 130. After leaving a message I tried calling back at 1:45pm because I wanted my grandmother seen asap but again I got a voicemail. I waited a few days and by Wednesday, June 17th I called another cardiologist in the Pasadena area and got an appointment scheduled right away. Today I tried calling this doctor’s office to check if I’d get a live person. Here we are July 2nd, I never got a call back, and the answering machine is still answering. I understand doctors handle large volumes of patients but to never call back when someone is asking for an appointment is unsatisfactory. In my message I explained my grandmother, who is 86 yrs old, had been experiencing chest pain and headaches, and her primary doctor wanted more tests done. The lack of response was extremely disappointing. Anyone considering this doc, just think if you can’t get a call back, how responsive will this office be to any of your requests for your health concerns or your loved ones?
