Eric is very professional and helpful! He replied to my text right away and managed to come right the next day. He fixed my iphone 6+ screen perfectly and very fast as well. The price is at least $ 40 cheaper than apple store and other iphone repair service that I found. Totally recommend him!

I didn’t know mobile iPhone repair excited. It’s AWESOME! I shattered my iPhone 6 plus screen on Christmas day and texted Eric that night. Eric came to my house at 9a the next day. He replaced my screen in 30 minutes and everything was perfect. Eric also had the best price of any iPhone repair person.
He’s an expert. Takes care of all his customers. Really nice guy, too. Couldn’t be happier!

Ok. Takes a man to admit I shattered my LED 1 Day after Eric changed my entire face plate.
Couldn’t be happier with Original visit, and he;s scheduled to come again this evening (to his favorite client) to repair the phone again. Guys so proficient and fast that it’s almost worth a double take. Anyway — yes I’m a Clutz for playing backhand baseball with my newly repaired Iphone6 — only to have it come out of its case, and fly 20 ft to it’s short life.
Sigh… At lest I know a Guy!

Eric came to my house today to fix my iPhone’s cracked screen. He arrived on time, was really professional, and finished within 20 – 30 minutes… Would have been less if he didn’t have to answer all my questions!
His parts are made of the original glass that apple uses, and are not cheap! The price you pay pretty much pays for the glass. It cost me $ 95 to replace the glass (LCD was not broken but he replaced it anyway). Where he makes money is selling the used parts back to the company where they can refurbish them if the LCD isn’t broken. If you check online, there are many companies on Amazon that sell repair kits. Most of them are around $ 100 for a cheap diy kit. And if they are only $ 6 and selling just the glass, don’t buy them because unless you have the machine to remove glass ($$$), you just wasted $ 6!
So my advice is don’t do it yourself… Get Eric over as soon as you can and you will save yourself a lot of time, money, and headache. My phone looks brand new now thanks to him and I didn’t have to wait in a long line at Apple or pay any outrageous fees! How awesome is that!

Eric just fixed my phone 5 minutes ago and I am already typing this review.
The process was easy; I texted him and said I needed my iPhone 6 front screen repaired and asked for his available times. We met the next day at a Starbucks. I gave him my phone to fix at 2:15, ordered a drink, sat awhile, and my phone was done at 2:30! He was like a robot! I kept commenting about how efficient he worked, it was unreal.
The total came out to $ 95, but I gave him extra because I just felt like he deserved it.
This is the easiest and cheapest way to get your screen fixed by a professional. If you are thinking about buying a screen kit and fixing it yourself, it costs about $ 80. You’ll also have to wait for it to ship, and pray you don’t mess up your phone even more. Why not spend $ 20 extra for a quick job well done?

My phone was in really bad shape and finally I couldn’t use it cause I couldn’t see the screen anymore so Eric came and fixed it really fast and for a good price. Now my phone works great! Very impressed.

Quick, affordable service. I showed up real early for my appointment and he was already there! I think he had gotten my cracked screen repaired before my official appointment time started. No issues with my screen 1 – 2 months later!

Eric is like an iphone doctor. He met me at the Intelligensia in pasadena and got straight to work. He was super polite and very diligent. He finished my broken screen in 15 minutes, before I even finished my latte. And he even spends a few minutes testing the screen to make sure everything worked! 5 stars :)

Eric is amazing! My bf’s mom was in town from Canada and had a boo boo moment and managed to shatter her phone terribly. Eric came to the rescue. He was able to see us! at our house! even earlier than we first scheduled, and fixed the destroyed phone in about 15 minutes. When we noticed battery problems the next day (they had been there previously but the fall must have made it worse), Eric came over and replaced the battery in under 15 but made sure to stay and wait to see if it would charge properly. Best of all he’s got the best prices I’ve found (Speaking outta experience…6 broken iPhones and counting — I have alan screws now holding my indestructo case together)…

5 Stars! Eric is the best! Came to my house and fixed my iphone 5s in about 15 minutes. Fee was incredibly reasonable and my phone looks perfect. I didn’t even have to leave my house. Seriously, amazing. He was professional and offered to fix it in his car, at a café or at my house. I opted for my house as it was most convenient. Would use MacTechLA again and highly recommend!

Great service. Prompt and gives updates on when he is coming to you. Very affordable pricing and he drives to you! I had him come to my work and he replaced my screen and told me i needed a new battery because it was expanding. The previous place I got a replacement screen did not tell me this, but after he mentioned it i realized that was already an existing problem with the phone before the first replacement. I would go back to Eric and recommend him to everyone with iPhone repair needs.

Wow! I have mobile grooming service so I’m always at a different location each hour. He was super flexible with time (I had to reschedule a few times) and my phone was fixed as I worked. Service was fast and very affordable!

If you’re a tourist like me who’s just had a lousy day– I just dropped and cracked my iPhone screen– you don’t need to check any of the other reviews: you should just call Eric now. You might also have checked the price of ordering a kit online to replace the screen yourself– Eric doesn’t cost much more than that, and he is more than well worth the assurance of getting it fixed correctly and quickly.
After checking out the other options, I can say that Eric offers the cheapest and best repair service you can possibly get:
1) HE TRAVELS TO YOUR LOCATION
2) FIXES IT ON THE SPOT and
3) IS CHEAPER THAN FIXING IT IN OTHER COUNTRIES.
This is a godsend for any tourist who is short on time and has trouble getting around.
I was visiting from Singapore and only had a few days in Pasadena when I dropped my phone– I was concerned about getting ripped off by unfamiliar repair services overseas because I would always use familiar shops in my home country.
Eric however, offers a far better deal than anything I could get back home. My phone was more than 3 years old and a little worn– with a few dents and scratches, a weak battery and problems with the charging port and I’d planned to get it serviced back home, but after looking at Eric’s prices, I decided to ask him to service everything instead.
Eric gave me a massive discount on a new battery and even hammered out the dents in the back cover for free. He got EVERYTHING done for less than a hundred dollars (fixing the screen cost much less) — and a fraction of what it would have cost me back home. Elsewhere I might have had to travel to the store and leave my phone for servicing for a few days, but Eric turned up at where I was staying 5 minutes early and was done in half an hour. Extremely courteous, generous and accommodating– really conscientious with every single tiny screw!
The next time I need my phone fixed, I’m never going to do it in Singapore– I’m going to wait for my next trip to LA!

Eric is a life saver! Extremely professional. He normally only services the Pasadena area, however he came to Eagle Rock for us in the pouring rain, to fix the broken glass on my son’s iPhone 5C. His prices are lower than normal and he comes to you!
