Low Price Junk Removal Pasadena

Just don’t use them. This is another one of those «companies» that is in a larger alliance and they give the business to whatever junk removal company is available. I ended up with the 911 Dumpster Removal company, and the guys who came to pick up the junk were great. HOWEVER, the customer service of the people on the phone at «Low Price Junk Removal Pasadena» was HORRIBLE. When I made the reservation, the junk was to be picked up sometime between 2−4pm. When I hadn’t heard anything by 3:45pm I called to find out where they were and I was told they were running behind and it would be more like 4−6pm. I told the woman on the phone that this was unacceptable and to find out if they could be there earlier. I never heard back from her. At 5:45pm when I thought they weren’t coming, I contacted another hauler who agreed to haul away the junk for a reasonable price. At 5:50pm the «Low Price Junk Removal Pasadena» guys arrived to take the junk. When I made the reservation and they explained their pricing, I explained what items I had and the person told me that I didn’t have that much stuff and it would probably be half a truck. The guys arrive and tell me my stuff will fill the truck. I declined their services, sharing with them that I had already called another hauler because I didn’t think they were going to show up. They then told me that because I didn’t call to cancel that I would have to pay a $ 150 cancellation fee. There was no discount offered because they were late, they never contacted me to tell me they were running late, and they never told me about a cancellation fee when I made my reservation. After many conversations and phone calls back and forth they agreed to a reasonable price and I had them haul the items for $ 350. DO NOT USE THEM.
