Meet the Business Owner

David L.

Business Owner

David was fortunate enough in the late 80’s, to have Apprenticed under some of California’s «old school» Master Plasterers and Tile Setters… with a mud box and a hoe.

As a Journeyman Installer, David took a position with a large commercial contractor and carried to completion jobs including High Schools, Military Barracks and Churches. Few have been given the hands on experience that a semi-​truck full of tile will for a young tradesman.

David first founded Mountaintown Tile in 1997. This company remained at the forefront of the High-​End custom home building industry, serving some of the finest properties in the Colorado’s Ski Resorts and Ranch communities. Some of the notable features included; sophisticated installation systems, high quality finishes, and cutting edge technology. Through David’s ability to collaborate with Architects and Designers the vision of the Client was able to be brought to life.
