After graduating high school in Houston, Texas, as a National Merit Scholar, Dr. Lee attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio on full scholarship, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Lee also obtained her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University, which is consistently ranked among the top 20 Medical Schools by US News & World Report.

Having experienced both extreme hot and cold weathers, Dr. Lee was more than ready for moderate climate. She matched into her first choice at the University of Southern California where she completed her General and Plastic Surgery Training. During her 10 year surgical training period (after medical school), Dr. Lee completed a fellowship in Burn Surgery at the Los Angeles County Regional Burn Center.

Dr. Lee is a board certified plastic surgeon and active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, California Society of Plastic Surgeons, Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
