Daniela Romero cares so much about her clients that she is the only attorney in the local community that offers her clients a credit repair program after the bankruptcy process. She has been practicing law in the Los Angeles area since 1998. Ms. Romero has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, family law and bankruptcy law. She was also the staff attorney for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Domestic Violence Project.

Ms. Romero is an adamant believer in community service and giving back to the community that has been so good to her. This is one of the reasons she loves her bankruptcy practice. She loves taking her clients that have financial issues and bringing them full circle to financial freedom. Also, she is a pro bono attorney for Public Counsel’s Debtors Assistance Project and at the monthly Reaffirmation Hearings at the Central District of California’s Bankruptcy Court in downtown Los Angeles.

I hired Ms Romero to convert my chapter 13 bankruptcy case to a chapter 7 case. I was unhappy with my original attorney who did my chapter 13. Ms Romero explained everything to me. Daniela P. Romero was my bankruptcy attorney in 2012. I live in California and consider my situation a very unique case due to multiple properties in another state. Daniela is an extremely knowledgeable attorney who took the time to completely understand my situation, my concerns and what I needed the outcome to be.
