Where do I start with the pitifulness that is Larry’s Arts and Crafts supplies?
I witnessed a customer trying to return an item that was apparently passed the return due date. The customer was not familiar with the return policy, but instead of the manager (an older woman with white hair) kindly informing her about the policy, she rudely denied her and flat out said NO without any explanation why. The manager proceeded to harass the customer, and after several minutes of back and forth, the customer left. The customer was middle eastern and it seemed that the manager was racially profiling her. A blonde haired, blue eyed customer walked in right after, who was kindly and respectfully greeted by the manager. The way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
I put my items back and left empty handed. I was truly disgusted by this act of racist bigotry and will never give my business to this sad excuse of an establishment.
