Kenji and his team at Kennedy Capital were awesome. They were on target with everything and very patient. Without their expertise we wouldn’t have been able to get our house and close escrow in less than 30 days! We highly recommend Kenji and his team for any loan needs one may have. Kenji and Ann are an awesome team and we know that we couldn’t have done and achieved the American Dream of owning our first home without them! We definitely felt they were on our team and gave a sense of peace that we had a team that was on top over everything! Even our real estate agent said Kenji was on top of everything and reason why we got everything done so quickly !

If there was an Oscar for service in the mortgage industry, Kennedy Capital would certainly have a wall full of them. This is our second mortgage with Kenji and Kennedy Capital and we are not easy clients. My husband is in the Entertainment Industry, (i.e. Freelancer), and I am a Real Estate Appraiser, (i.e. Self Employed). Our careers are virtual lending killers since the recession. Kenji still managed to secure us with an excellent mortgage even in this time of tight lending – especially for the likes of us. Kenji, his office manager, Ann, and the rest of the staff are top notch.

I learned about Kennedy Capital through a co-​worker who had done a purchase and two refinances with the company. On his recommendation I called Kenji at Kennedy Capital and in just a couple days we had an appointment. We had a complicated situation that we wanted to refinance but Kenji tackled the job willingly and with gusto. In just a few days after we had supplied all our financial information he called us back with a fantastic deal that dropped our rate significantly. We were very pleased the service and the end result
But the story gets better. About a year and a half later Kenji called us out of the blue and said that rates had dropped significantly again and he knew a mortgage company that was looking for clients. We were able to refinance again and drop the rate even lower.
We will use Kennedy Capital again with no hesitation.
